I purchased this soap for my son who has bad acne. I thought I would give it a try since I noticed that two of the ingredients are charcoal and tea tree oil. I remember using tea tree oil as a teenager. My son loves this soap. He stopped using over the counter acne face wash and uses only this soap twice a day. I already noticed a difference. His face isn't as red as it used to be, its more glowing and his acne starts to heal. He uses also tretinoin which dries his skin and this soap really helps his acne to heal.

Nice aroma, very cleansing. It is energizing and refreshing!Bought one for my hubby, one for me. He gets hot and this is a nice cool down bar. I wanted it for deep cleansing and the wakeup effect of peppermint. Also it's All natural is the extra benefit. We don't use store brands. We'll get this one again.

I love the smell of it but i bought it to help clear up my skin. It did nothing and honestly i feel like it just made my face worse. However i still enjoy using it for the rest of my body.

I really wanted to give this soap a 5-star review....but couldn't. I've tried a few different brands of similar charcoal soaps and while I really liked them, I was curious about this one since it had such great reviews. I use this as a face & body soap and unfortunately, I encountered a couple of issues. First, I didn't find it that effective on my face. Although I could certainly feel the peppermint, I never actually felt that deep clean feeling you typically get from charcoal soaps. As I mentioned, I've used multiple brands of natural activated charcoal soaps, over the years, and I have never seen so much black all over my shower. The soap suds very well, but rather than the soap sudsing into black, it just "bleeds" all over the place when whenever it gets wet. Perhaps I got a bad batch, but I was quite disappointed in the product, especially given the price.

Very nice soap. It's very strong smelling when first open the package but it fades some wish is good. I agree with another reviewer in that you only need a little bit so the bar should last a while. Feels really nice on my face, and doesn't dry it out too much.

Love this soap, will buy again! It feels very nice on your body as the peppermint is a little tingly! It’s pretty neat how BLACK it is too, I was afraid it might stain my white tub but it washes right down the drain!

This soap is awesome! The peppermint makes me feel happy. I used it on my face (don't judge my laziness, I've got an upper respiratory infection that may just kill me) and my skin feels soft. May have just found my forever soap!

I've been using this soap for a month now and I absolutely love it! I'm obsessed with charcoal soap and this is definitely my favorite! Two bars per package and it lasts a while, worth every penny!
