I would like to use this to measure Co levels in customer warehouses where they run propane forklifts would this be a good tool for that?

I think it should be a good use for that, I use it at home with non vented gas fireplace. Running the fireplace for extensive times raises CO level and I could see it with this tool. The reading was still showing under 50 which is considered somewhat safe but can still affect people with weak immune system. I bought this perticular tool because I trust the brand.

Can this unit be recalibrated?

Yes, there is a SET button for calibrating. Search "how do you calibrate a Klein Tools ET110 CO Meter" there's a video you can watch.

Is the case included?

Yes the case (with a belt loop) is included.

Will high moisture ( as in diesel exhaust gas) and high temps interfer with co readings? i'm getting eratic co readings that don't make sense.

I had an oiled leather tool belt that messed with the readings. Maybe the diesel oil?
