No paperwork, but glad I purchased a refurbished.
So far so good. I did have to call in for some technical help because I couldn't get the speakers working. My understanding is that this computer is new to the company, so we (Paul, the tech and I) fumbled through a few things before he figured it out. My only critique remark is that it would have been nice to have some sort of a "Quck-Start" single sheet of paper, guide. There was nothing that came with it, not even a packing slip.Regarding the equipment itself, I was just at the Microsoft store where I became interested in this particular model....this is pristine. It's as clean as if I had purchased it new.

Dell XPS Very Good but know one thing
Very good all in one...bought it refurbished from Amazon. Got a pretty good warranty with my purchase as well. All in all very good sound, premium keyboard/mouse is worth it in my opinion, all around solid computer. One thing Is there are two audio drivers, realtek and Intel HD Audio that seem to have compatibility issues. It’s a simple fix by going through device manager -> sounds, gaming, and uninstalling one of them (won’t impact audio or computer at all). I had Dell support help me through it though as I had consistent although intermittent crackling / static coming from the computer when I turned it on. Updating the drivers on both didn’t fix the issue either so thought I’d share as Dell said they’ve seen this issue more with new drivers and updates. No problem since - dell support has been awesome too. If you experience any electrical interference or crackling at all, just know there is a simple fix and it’s an incompatible driver issue between Realtek and Intel Audio and the Dell system (at least currently).
