Q: Is this compatable with a google chromebook?

I have not tried it on my Chromebook, but should work as I have tried other HHD and had no problem.

Q: How do i send this back? As it doesn't work? Tried it on laptop then when tried to connect again it doesn't work at all

You should be able to find it in your orders on Amazon and request a return. Then package it up and take it to your local returns shop. Print the label at the shop and then send it back.

Q: I can’t play the games(on Xbox) that I have put on the hard drive… can this be resolved?

It should be able to play games as I can, you just need to make sure it is not XS optimised as they have to run on main drive. So any game set as Xbox one, 360 and original will be able to be played.
