Good strings

I mounted these strings on a very inexpensive acoustic practice bass that came with low quality strings. The difference was quite amazing. These strings can be a bit noisy under your fingers (as most bronze wound strings can), but a little practice on your technique and that can be easily overcome. I really like the warmth of their tone and the way they can still be assertive with the right right hand finger work.

These strings came on my Fender Kingman acoustic bass originally and I have been using them ever since. It is hard to find short scale, bronze acoustic bass strings. These do the job and have a nice balanced mellow tone. Reasonably priced too.

Oh my, these changed my opinion of my low end bass. It plays and feels and sounds so much better that I am stunned. For any acoustic bass guitar these will improve your love of your instrument and its play-ability. Great strings that somehow emphasize the wood and acoustic flavor.

I had to clean up my bass acoustic strings as they were really rusty from the years. I hadn't used fender brand strings so this was my trial for them and I love them so much. So smooth and a great sound coming out of them. I will be buying these products again in the future.

Really never played bronze strings before. They have nice tone and clarity on my acoustic bass. Highly recommend as a replacement string.

it would be nice if these strings were available with a smoother exterior so there would be less finger noise.
