I was looking for something small to put near a counter that is only being used as a coffee area. I needed it to be compact and fairly unnoticeable and this did it! It has the step to open the lid and has a soft close which I really like. Even though it is small, I was able to fit a 4 gallon garbage bag (those run small so beware!) It's good for the price and is attractive. Fits in with the decor. It won't hold a lot but for what we utilize it for, it's really perfect.
