Quality Investment
The other reviews are realistic: whether you are a yoga pro or high lvl wizard this foam roller is intended to be used by those who are manually opening blocked meridians. This will crack vertebrae back into place by releasing tension knots along your spine. This will force muscles back under your scapula and reseat your shoulder. This can target the sciatic nerve in your hips to cure spasms. It’s wonderful <3 There is zero foam compression making this hard like a rock or a log. The grooves are deep enough for my hulk frame and spaced to accommodate all shoulder blades somehow. Being able to arch/curl back and set deeper into the roller delivers actual healing. Been using for about a week and my lower back pain is gone now that I can realign my spine and hips on demand. Blood flow really is everything and this tool is helping my body feel young again. Thank you!!!! Worth noting - this thing is confusingly small for how well it works. Its under 2ft long and compact which means Im taking it on every vacation. It also comes with a carry strap which I thought was more for yoga classes(never been) but it works well for attaching to a weekend bag. I also bought the mini rollga - go buy that, especially runners. Its the best foot massage tool Ive ever used. Very happy I stumbled upon this brand!!!!

Pain first then pain relief
I was recently in Europe and visited a castle that had a dungeon where some horrible acts occurred. You can imagine. While I was there I could not help thinking that this roller could be on display. I say the above as a joke, but in all honesty, this is an intense roller. Before this roller, I was using another foam roller that by comparison was very soft. It was helpful and is still worth having, but I wanted something that could dig in a little more and really hit deep muscles. I bought this roller and it does the job. I have been using this mainly on my glutes and thighs to work out some running issues. When using this roller in comparison to the soft roller, when you hit a tender spot it can be excruciating and depending on how you are working out the issues (rolling over or holding on tender spots), this can really take you to limits. I am talking the difference between fast breathing to deal with discomfort to tears in the eyes. You have to be prepared for that and know that this roller can hurt. When rolling over areas that do not have trigger points I feel that this roller feels good. Initial challenges I had was getting used to and working with the grooves and the raised areas. At first I did not like them, but eventually have come to appreciate them when you are trying to get to a problem area. The raised areas really focus a lot of pressure on specific issues like a lacrosse ball style massager or if it is too tender you can often set that area in the dip for a little less direct pressure. The grooves and ridges help you get at areas from modified angles too. It is very helpful. I have lacrosse ball style massagers too and I like them for portability. What I like about this roller is that I can use it in some areas of the glutes that I used the lacrosse balls at. So I can do some transitions to give other areas a moment while I do my work. The nature of the roller allows it to roll very easily on the surfaces I have been using it on. Hardwood floor, thin area rugs and average carpet. It work great. Overall, I am very happy with this roller and regular use in my problem areas has been helping a lot. If you have troubled areas, you need to be consistent with these rollers and do it a few times a day and try to strengthen any areas that are weak.

Promote it to most of my clients. Worth it!
Attached is a photo I sent to my Boss promoting this thing. Hahah. Adore BOTH of my Rollgas!! I have both deep tissue / extra firm color options: black (home & gym) & orange (for work). I recommend this to all my clients for their calves, quads & triceps. Esp for runners & heavy weight lifting clients. The small center divot is especially great for working out tendons - such as common flexor tendon(Achilles & soleus), right above the knee (quad tendon), and front hip flexor tendons. A Physical Therapist client of mine introduced me to it and it’s such an effective tool for the detailing & releasing of trigger points that most foam rollers just can’t reach. Worth the torture! :)

Indentations protect vertebrae.
The Rollga Foam Roller is a cross between the standard cylinder foam roller and a massage ball. It's great. The round ends can be used to hit hot spots like glutes and hip flexors - the places I would normally use a hard ball. The ridges in the center protect my vertebrae when I'm rolling my back and shoulders, so it's more versatile than my cylinder roller. The orange cheeto roller is pretty hard -- it hurts so good.

High Density great quality relieves tight back muscles
This high-density foam roller has been a game-changer in our house. It’s incredibly sturdy, holds its shape, and gives just the right amount of pressure. I originally bought it for back pain, and it’s been amazing—just a few minutes of rolling makes a huge difference. What I love is how versatile it is. We use it to roll out legs, shoulders, and pretty much any tight muscles. It’s become a must-have recovery tool, especially for my daughter, who’s a competitive swimmer. She uses it after hard practices to loosen up and stay injury-free. I do CrossFit, swim and hot yoga and I use it after workouts daily. For the price and the quality, this foam roller is a fantastic buy. Anyone—especially athletes—will get great value out of it. Highly recommend!

Next-Level Relief for Sore Muscles
The Rollga PRO has become a must-have in my recovery routine. It’s definitely firmer than your average foam roller, which is perfect if you're used to deep tissue work and want something that actually gets into those tight spots, like the quadratus lumborum and low back. I’ve noticed a big difference in how quickly my muscles recover after workouts. I also use it to warm up before runs or as a prop during yoga—it’s super versatile. Bonus: it’s lightweight and easy to toss in a gym bag. If you’ve got experience with foam rolling and want to level up, this one’s totally worth adding to your collection.

Heavy duty
Def does the job. But, know the high density is gonna hurt your back at first . Lol if you want it for that.

Hits areas more deeply than other rollers. My husband said it’s the best roller he’s ever had.

Sehr gute rolle zum massieren des Rückens aber mir ist die leider zu hart und zu groß. Deshalb hab ich die auch zurück geschickt. Wer aber eine große und harte Rolle braucht dann kann die auf jeden Fall gebrauchen.

It's amazing! Best purchase this year so far ;) Highly recommend. P.S. You might want to start w. a blue one. This one is hard, it took me a week to get used to it. But I love it!

The creases in the roller make this an excellent tool for doing some deep massages that are simply not attainable with a normal creaseless roller.
