Great taste, great deal for large amount
Great deal, great taste. Bag reseals easily. Eventually. cinnamon will get stale so I suggest finding a smaller dispenser & leaving rest in bag. Close tightly. I double bagged mine & store in cool, dark corner of pantry or cupboard. Unless you use a large amount of cinnamon very often I wouldn't advise storing in clear container near other staples like sugar or flour. I washed & dried an old spice dispenser thoroughly then filled it for standard use.

The best quality ceylon cinnamon is "LIGHT golden tan"....just a little too dark for my liking...but OK...
