Great find, pleasantly surprised.I am trying to live on a keto diet which calls for a low carb and higher fat content in order to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. Simply put, I am looking for low carb options with a higher fat to carb ratio; however, most of the items advertised as "keto" at my local grocery stores do not meet that goal and are not truly keto.I'm starting to get tired of the small selection at my local grocery stores that I have found that have 12-20 grams of fat and 7-10 grams of carbs. So I searched the web for items that would meet my needs and found Amazon sold these. So I took a chance and bought them. The texture is smooth with a little crunch, and the caramel flavor is good.I only have 2 complaints. One, they are small for the price, but they meet my fat to carb criteria. My other complaint is these were delivered on a warmer spring day (temps in the 80s), and my bars sat on the porch for 2 hours before I got home. They had melted a little, and going forward, I will only buy these during the fall & winter timeframe to ensure no melting.

The peanut butter bar is absolutely my favorite keto bar. Great with my morning coffee.The missing star is because of shipping. They’ve been doing a better job packing these with cold inserts to avoid melting during shipping, but they still occasionally arrive to our Florida home already hot.They ship USPS, which is already slow (not helping with cooling), but also don’t ship them for days after the order, meaning it typically takes almost two weeks to receive. I know we are spoiled in these days of same- and next-day shipping, but nearly two weeks is too long.

OMGosh if you have a sweet tooth this bar is for you! I absolutely love it, but some may think it’s way too sweet, but I enjoyed every bite! It has a good sea salt taste!

I love the peanut butter version of this bar, so I thought I'd surely love the salted caramel version -- WRONG! They taste nothing like salted caramel and instead taste chemically. I would not recommend these unless you're starving and have nothing else to eat. If you want something that actually tastes good, buy the peanut butter version. They're delicious. The salted caramel are garbage and a waste of money.

These bars are delicious and a good size for a snack bar.

They are edible but somewhat melted. The taste is good. The outer layer flakes away, makes a mess. I am sure it is because of the heat. They would be great in the cooler months.

Awesome low carb, high protein snacks for when ur Low Carbing!!!You need to carry the Lemon ones that I can only get from the manufacturier
