I have PCOS and usually do not have any periods unless my doctor gives me medicine to induce one. I took this supplement along with the peach perfect multivitamins and together they started my period within two weeks. I’ve been taking the peach perfect vitamins for about a year now and haven’t had any success with started my period until I added in this product to my daily routine. It dissolves perfectly into any beverage and has no taste. I usually mix mine in with my protein shake each morning!

I don’t have PCOS, but I started taking this after several miscarriages and unpredictable blood sugar crashes. Within the first month, I noticed more stable energy and fewer symptoms after meals. awesome. just awesome, like i haven’t had a period in almost a year and ive been just ignoring it because ive been irregular since my first period ive ever had you know, so sometimes you just accept it. ive been feeling so sad tho because i haven’t experienced my period. which is weird because no one that has a regular period wishes to have their period? 😂 but for the gurls who have irregular periods, YOU KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! like even when i was a teen i would hear my friends talk about their periods and i would feel weirdly left out because while they wished theirs would go away, i wished mine was regular. now im 21 still experiencing the same thing, got on birth control and that made it worse. i was menstruating every month but it could be 3 days or 12 days. or worse i just wouldn’t stop spotting!!!! got off them crazy pills and ive been sooooo irregular. took this and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and i got my period that first week! after no period for a YEAR!!!! im so happy that ive cried. i am heavy like usual, crampy and irritable but its more regular

I’m giving it 3 starts because I’ve only been on it for 7 days to be exact! I take it at night around the same time every day. This morning I got my cycle that I haven’t seen in about 2-3 months I believe.
