Works as intended. It's just a little slow at times when switching

I recently bought the HDMI Switch 4K, and it has exceeded my expectations. The switch allows me to connect three devices to one HDMI port on my TV, which is incredibly convenient. I have had this hdmi switch for 1 month now. It works really well. IR remote not the best, only works if you point directly at the switch (but can't have everything for the low price). Problem I have is the button on the front of the switch just stopped working this morning. I did not have the remote at hand so pushed the button to switch from screen 1 to screen 3. It went from 1 to 2 but the button failed after that. It's probably only the 3rd or 4th time the button had ever been pushed. So now I can only operate the switch with the remote. a bit disappointing. UPDATED - 09/03/2023 - Shortly after my 2 Star review, the suppilers customer service team reached out and offered to send a replacement. Once this arrived I have given it another test. I have not had the issue with the button failing again which is great, so the switch is working as it should. With all that said, I am going to increase the rating to 4 stars. The reason for this is, at time of writing this review, the switch costs £11.99 for a 3 way, upto 4K hdmi switch with a remote and great customer service. I cant give it 3 stars. Yes its thin plastic, yes I see others have had the same issues and there are other limitations but its combining everything it does do and the customer service it has to be 4 stars.

Worked quite well at first. Auto-switching started to break after a month or so. It still works, but need to switch manually - remote control can be hit and miss, have to angle it around a lot to get it to work. Less useful now than it was, but it was very cheap.

Bought this to switch between my Sky Q box and a PlayStation 5. Auto switching works well but only in one direction.. Sky Q (1080p @50Hz) ==> PS5 (2160p @60Hz). Picture and audio quality seems good and unaffected. However, when I turn off the PS5 it doesn’t switch back to the Sky input automatically. I can change it via the remote or button on the switch, but even when on the Sky input it just displays a blank screen. The only way to fix it is to power cycle the switch, which is impractical, and, defeats the purpose of auto/remote switching. If I’ve got to get up and pull a power cable on the switch each time, I might as well swap the HDMI leads on the TV and bypass the switch altogether. If all 3 inputs were at the same resolution/refresh rate I suspect it would work well, but it don’t seem to like switching between different video signals. As this didn’t work as expected and for my intended purpose I will have to return it - hence the 1 star.

Good value and does the job. The auto switcher is working effectively, so not using manual or remote switch. Auto may take a few seconds (maybe 30) to switch.

This HDMI splitter was bought so that I could add my Nintendo Switch to my TV system. All of my HDMI ports were full so I needed another solution. This splitter arrived in a fairly simple package and was set up in a few seconds. the great thing is that it automatically switches HDMI ports so I really don't need to do anything. I simply set it up and then left it alone. The splitter can run without any power, but I have connected mine to a power supply using the included USB-C lead. The remote control is basic but works and doesn't need to be anything more than basic. I haven't used it very much as everything works how I need it to automatically. I would recommend this HDMI splitter for anyone that needs to add more devices than they have ports for. It is good value for money and does exactly what it is supposed to do without any fuss.

Ho acquistato questo Switch automatico KOOFIT per inviare alternativamente all'unica porta HDMI della mia TV Samsung da 19" (dimensione ormai introvabile) il segnale del decoder DVB-T2 (DColor ASIN B09MRL2ZKH) o quello della FireStick. Questo switch invia sulla sua uscita HDMI l'ultimo segnale che arriva ad uno dei tre ingressi, permette così di collegare fino a 3 periferiche e visualizzare sulla TV l'ultima che si è accesa, e quando la si spegne esso commuta automaticamente a quella precedente. Di fatto il telecomando fornito in dotazione (come già scritto da altri utenti) se non si deve passare continuamente da una sorgente all'altra è superfluo e non serve nemmeno alimentazione USB. Sono serviti un po' di cavi e spazio per cablare il tutto ma alla fine funziona a meraviglia. Switch HDMI consigliatissimo visto il costo e le funzioni svolte.

This is a great product, needed it to connect all of my devices due to limited HDMI ports on my TV. It's easy to hook up and is a time saver switching between devices. I've found whatever device is powered on, it will auto switch to that one, which is even more convenient! 5 stars!
