Works like a charm! Love it! I can see why some reviewers break the product easily. Its not a lip balm scrub but a harder stick which I feel exfoliates better. Moisten lips with water first then pat dry. Dont twist the stick out very far just a bit because it's so stiff it may snap its not a lipstick! ;) use in small circular motions it will become softer as the warmth from your lips works with the oils in the exfoliator. It is grainy so I don't go overboard, your lips are sensitive skin. Finish off with lightly buffing leftover residue with your fingers and gently remove with moistened cloth. Apply a good amount of quality lip balm and you are done! Smooth fab lips! That's my tips for what it's worth, hope it helps! Tastes good 😉

I've been using this every night for months, and I think it works really well to get rid of flaky skin. I have found it melts a little over time and gets less effective, but still better than other lip scrubs I've tried. Flavour's nice, packaging is sturdy.

This was a brilliant item, sadly the first one arrived damaged but amazon was swift to send out a new one which was unexpected.The flavour is nice and the whole thing is compact. If you like your lip balms and things you'll love this, it's so nice to apply now and then just for fun. It's not as scrubby as a Barry M lip scrub, more gentle than that, but you can feel it working.

I have always suffered with dry lips. Tried numerous different brands, made my own, but nothings really worked. So scrolling through the multitude of them on Amazon, I read the reviews on this and thought it’s worth a shot. It’s brilliant! Use it every morning, use lip balm after and my dry lips are history! Only slightly abrasive (first time I used it thought it’s wasn’t doing anything, but I was wrong!). Will definitely be buying again, my search is over!

Only just got it, so I can't comment on longevity or any general improvement in the state of my lips from using it for a long period of time, but so far I love it!I haven't been a big fan of lip scrubs and exfoliators, they always seemed to be TOO gritty with what seem to me to be overly large chunks, but this little beauty is totally different. Fine particles to gently exfoliate and a lovely consistency which is making my lips soft and moisturised without being claggy or sticky.There's no flavour that I can taste, but it does smell of chocolate and coffee!

Best product ever, personally for me as I have tried many different lips scrubs and this one is the best, smells lovely and does it’s job, recommend. Don’t forget to moisturise your lips after the scrub.
