Lovely big loaf tin,

Lovely pan. She it doesn’t come with recipes for new bakers

Not thick enough, and so bread can be too browned

I have no idea what recipe to use, how to use the lid ? There seems to be NO information on line or anywhere. I am used to making my bread by hand or in my kitchen aid with dough hook and then putting it free form on a baking tray. I would love to use my new pullman tin to make a sandwich loaf........HELP xx
