XLS Medical Appetite Reducer, Hunger Control for a More Efficient Weight Loss, 5 Days Treatment, 30 Count (Pack of 1)

This is an easy to swallow tablet that works by combining with water, swelling in size (therefore don't eat/chew or give to children in case there is a choking risk) and filling approx 30-40% of your stomach, making you feel full and controlling appetite. I usually drink a glass of water with the tablets and follow it up with a cup of tea and eat a meal approx 15-30 minutes afterwards. I am using this product in combination with Lighter Life 5:2 food products that are high in fibre and protein and total approx 600 calories on a 'fasting' day. The 5:2 diet is typically 500-600 calories a day for two days and the rest of the week you eat normally ie approx 2000 calories a day, so it fits very well with a social life. There are other 'gel-like' fill your stomach products on the market such as Slimsip. I personally prefer XLS appetite reducer but you may want to compare it will similar products and shop around because Boots, Superdrug and Amazon etc often have discounts available. It is not a cheap product so you may want to see if you like it by buying a smaller Trial Size pack initially, but in combination with Lighter Life food (all veggie friendly which is a bonus) it is helping me to stick with the 5:2 diet, using willpower alone I struggle to keep to 1000-1400 calories so to get to 600 calories is a minor miracle.

Not a single pound lost but awful side effects

The tablets were quite larger than I expected but I preserved for a few days..yes they cut my appetite down but also gave me terrible pains in my tummy..I gave up but I tried again just to give it a fair chance but once again ended up with tummy aches so very disappointed tbh

Was not really thinking these would work , only take 2 a day , I take them when my stomach growls and feeling sick, drank with 250 mls of water ( hate plain water) but OMG within 20 mins no noise ,no growling no unpleasant feelings at all , felt as though I'd had a good meal , Deffo works for me , dieting is hard enough ,and having these to calm those annoying times when your Hungary, is brilliant highly recommended but I must admit I'm passing very large stools ,which has only been happening since taking these tablets

I have literally tried every weight loss product going. My issue is I’m ALWAYS hungry. These pills do stop me feeling like I’m hungry every 2 mins and they do make me feel full at meal times. However… they do affect toileting. You will find your stools are hard and difficult to pass.

Unfortunately the instructions and all the information on the packet and the accompanying leaflet are all in SPANISH!!

Seems to work to reduce cravings. I usually snack all day but haven't felt the urge to snack. Have only been using these for a few days but they are working for me and I've not had any side effects!

I'm not particularly overweight but love to eat so wanted support with reducing appetite I used these correctly and with the right amount of water they dont even remotely work and they dont let you return. It's a total con
