Very Happy with Purchase
I was hesitant at buying an office chair, as I believe it's important to find one that suits your specific seating position, which can be difficult in a market full of generic chairs. After all who doesn't want to be reasonably comfy when sitting in an office chair for eight hours a day, like me!First impressions after lifting each part out of the box were positive. The overall quality seemed perfectly reasonable for the price point, bearing in mind this is not real leather.I put the chair together very easily, literally took 20 minutes on my own. Other reviews have stated the holes didn't line up correctly for screwing, however I never experienced this problem. Each part went together very easily using the supplied allen key and after a final screw tighten check all round the chair was ready to be used. After spending two full days using the chair at work, I can confirm it is very comfy to use and the ability to recline is a pleasure. The chair seat can be adjusted up and down and the chair back can be reclined or locked at a 90 degree angle.Overall the chair feels solid, it is silent, doesn't squeek or squeal and is comfy to use for a long day at work.

Wonderful
The chair is really comfortably and snug. Good quality and easy to put together. Im 5'6 and my feet sit comfortably on the floor but if I was a bit shorter i don't think my feet would reach.

Not a £600 chair
My 30 y/o office chair died, and I couldnt afford £600 to replace it; however being REALLY big, most cheap chairs just arent up to it.I was really hesitant about buying this, no chance to try it out, and a few mixed reviews; however my impressions of the build quality and sturdiness are very positive.First off; the packaging is excellent; and either they have re-done the instruction book, or we have some real tools posting reviews, because it was childs play.If I want to nit-pick, the washers arent clearly marked on the diagram; but everything else is clearer than the average Ikea manual.Assembly.All the itty bits were on a shrink wrapped card and clearly labelled and quantified, complete with a VERY good quality Allen key.First castor was a little tight, as was the last, but all went in correctly, and the ram slid securely into place.Fixing the mech to the seat bottom was childs play (this is where the washers go), the arrow designating the front of the seat is clearly shown in the diagram.Plonk the seat and mech onto the ram and unwrap the arms. They only fit one way around, so fairly simple; lining the holes and screws up was a little tricky, mainly because the screws are black and the leather is black; call out here for the fact that all the screws have a blue compound on to help them stay tight.Screws loosely tightened, on to the back !!This is a little trickier, but by leaving the arm rests loose, you can create enough of a gap to see the alignment; the top set of holes stick out and fit into a recess in the armrest - for strength; getting the first one lined up was a little tricky (black on black again), but once it was in, the last screw was easy.2023 Update. Sadly, over the past 12 months, the back has been making an increasing number of cracking noises, and it is gradually tipping to the right.Bearing in mind, my weight fluctuates between 135 and 155KG, this chair HAS done pretty well, and I am sure for lighter users, it will last much longer.Tighten all the screws down, go back and cinch them a little bit more and decide to leave the covers off to check they dont need tightening again after a weeks use. From opening the box to sitting in the chair - 20 minutes of leisurely assembly time.Impressions of the chair?Pretty good, so the finish isnt as good as my old chair, but they sell DISCOUNT for £600+, but the cost cutting is cosmetic, and out of sight, staples instead of stitching underneath the base of the seat, and the underside of the chrome base is not perfectly glassy smooth; but that is it.Obviously, only time will tell if it lasts; but I will update this review if it all falls apart!!!

Excellent Office Chair
Chair arrived in good time. Very well packaged and protected. Be careful to open, especially if using a knife, so you don't damage the chair. Instructions very simple and clear. Took 15 minutes only to assemble. Very solid and sturdy chair. Has steel base so feels good, and casters roll very nicely. Supplied with spare castor, spare screws etc. Tilt function very smooth, no creaking, base solid and does not slip. I am a fairly large guy, so consider this to be a good test. My last chair was mainly plastic and gradually fell apart over a two years period. This chair has added benefit of steel arms that screw in very firmly, so if you are infirm or elderly, you can feel confident putting all your weight on the arms when rising from the chair. Have owned for over 2 months and very happy (I use almost daily). Chair also looks very good, and is easy to clean with a damp cloth. Very happy to recommend this chair.

Poor Quality & Wonky
A nice colour and a good size - a medium/large build person can sit comfortably. Comprehensive instructions ensured it was easily assembled. It's not a high-quality product, so it is light with minimal padding, making it more suited to a domestic environment. The functionality left much to be desired as I could not get it to recline (not that I use this function) but, worst of all, the screw holes were misaligned causing the back of the chair (not the seat) to lean to one side.I couldn't be bothered to return it, as this would be the second chair that I'd be forced to assemble then dismantle for return. The seat is comfortable enough and level, and I'm using it in the privacy of my home so I'll just tolerate it. However, I am left feeling ripped off! At £122.99 real executive chairs of far superior quality are available from other UK business suppliers. I won't be making this mistake again!

Disappointed office chair
I ordered this chair to replace my old faithful which although worn but was still mechanically soundFirst of this is not a bad chair for the price, comfort wise its alright the tilt is limited though. What let it down was it creaked when swiveled etc and the ram was leaking and did not hold and i was well under weight limit i may have been unlucky with this chair .so i gave it 3 stars. However i give the supplier 5 stars as they dealt with the return quickly and with no issues and sorted out the refund quickly .
