Powerful Laxative - be aware.
Too early to say what benefits these magnesium tablets might bring long term although they do have in immediate powerful laxative effect (one tablet at night and one in the morning). Is this desirable in the long term? Almost certainly not but perhaps one tablet daily may be better for some.
