Does the job!
I have only been using for a couple of days, I get exhausted and tired so easily now adays, and was told I had an iron deficiency from the docs, they said i should take iron supplements - have noticed a massive change in my sleeping pattern and schedule with much more energy. Doesn't taste too bad either.

Very good product. I noticed a significant change in my energy levels throughout the day. The difference was also noticeable when I did not take it. Be consistent with it is all I'll say. I don't particularly like the taste but I don't dislike it either, it's got a bit of a sour aftertaste but the pros outweigh the cons.

i been using Feroglobin Gentle Iron and Nutrient Liquid, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This product has truly exceeded my expectations. Works well
I had blood tests which showed my ferritin levels were low. I was prescribed some iron tablets which I couldn’t tolerate (if you know you know). Started taking this and when I had my bloods repeated, my GP was happy that my ferritin levels had increased. It’s very sweet and I initially disliked the taste but I persevered and I actually like the taste now. Oh and I have had no nasty side effects! Have repurchased.

Significant differences in energy, appetite and sleep.
Noticed a significant difference in both myself and my lethargic 7 yr old daughter. I have more energy. She finally has some colour in her cheeks and has more enthusiasm for the day. She also eats better. Will continue. Slight constipation as is a usual effect of iron but I certainly see a difference in my child’s energy levels, focus and sleep. Will continue with this indefinitely .

Not making me feel any different
On my second week of taking this religiously morning and evening and I can’t see a difference to be honest. Makes you a bit constipated but I put a pack of dates next to the bottle (it helps)

Mainly it is used for building your iron and blood. I am anemic and have low blood count, since I have been taking this my blood count has went up! It has different vitamins in it which help.
