Expensive but worth every penny
Not sure why this review asks for a score for remote control as it doesn’t have one! What s does do it does very well. I bought t when I was recovering from a knee injury and it kept my leg muscles in trim while I couldn’t exercise. I now use it to ease muscle tiredness after exercise and it is brilliant for that. The pads last quite a few uses but I always keep spares as I have brown the contacts off a few when not being careful enough unclipping the leads. Battery life is impressive so doesn’t need to be charged too often. You really don’t feel the ‘shocks’ but if you turn the power up it can be uncomfortable but only because it is working your muscles not because there is a pain from the machine.

The diagrams that come with product on pad placement are not that clever you are better off going on-line and looking at the web
if you've never tried it's worth it. it's not a substitute for exercise but used in the correct way I have found it does work the Muscles. If you are recovering from surgery/injury it does give that feeling of having had a workout. The downside being how long your have to work each muscle group to get a decent benefit. It's not a solution you can lay back on he bed and do the position of your whole body usually needs to be sat upright. The positioning of the pads is key. The diagrams that come with product on pad placement are not that clever you are better off going on-line and looking at the website. Better still a competitor of Compex has better details on pad placement and use. Gave 4 stars not because the product is in anyway poor but you have to-do more research to get the best out of the machine.

Outstanding. I use it to rebuild muscle following a back injury and it delivers on the promise. Takes some getting used to but after a few sessions, it delivers on the promise.

Zero effort put into usability.
Impossibly difficult to use. this product has had no thought given to the user experience user face instructions or manuals. The user ID that comes is extremely thick with a handful of useless pages in each language doesn’t really tell you anything. I had to call UK customer service to get some advice. They were reasonably friendly but not expert in advice. Theapp on the iPhone is a number cumbersome slow poorly designed app very hard to navigate. When using it I have to rely extensively on the YouTube videos that in some cases the company is produced in some cases individuals have produced as well as frequent Google searches or searches using Perplexity. functionally the stimulation itself works but is it working properly? Have I got it in the right place? Am I choosing the right session? Am I tracking where I’m going with it? What I need to do next well of all those questions I have no idea. For a premium product, the company should have invested more extensively in ease of use usability instructions and of course on the app itself. should have invested more extensively in ease of use usability instructions and of course on the app itself. Given that it’s hard to know what Won is actually doing beyond the physical feeling on the muscles it may make more sense given that it is hard to know what one is actually doing beyond the physical feeling of the muscles it may make more sense to simply get a cheaper muscle stimulation machine and just make up your own programs.

Items missing and broken.
Item arrived in its original box but soon found out that no charger was in the box. Connected the battery and using a complex charger from a friend found that either the battery pack was not working or the main unit wasn't. It's a real shame as I've hired one before and rate the equipment.
