Phantom 4 Advanced Drone - White

This is a fantastic piece of kit, it's well worth the money, very easy to fly and control it, the build quality is very strong on both the Drone and the Controller and surprisingly the drone is quite heavy, maybe this is something DJI could work on going forward. The camera quality is amazing, and have already take some awesome pictures and video. The intelligence flight modes are fantastic for creating great video and are really easy to use and have fun flying with. And like all drones the battery is never long enough for all the pictures and video you want to take, but if you have the extra cash you can always buy another battery. So ya a truly awesome kit. Love it. Happy flying..

Battery would not charge straight out of the box. Really frustrating and not uncommon

Amazing drone, has great image quality and stabilisation. I prefer this model over the Mavic systems as it’s much more stable in flight. Sadly this purchase was marred by Amazon’s terrible customer service - the drone did not work upon arrival and I had a lengthy wait for a replacement from Amazon. Their customer service when lodging complaints was appalling

As a drone fanatic I can honestly say this is the best drone on the market, far better than my old phantom 4 pro, at a great price as well.

This will be my 2nd DJI Phantom 4 Advanced drone. The first one, bought 6 weeks ago (in Ireland, not on Amazon), crashed into the side of a cliff 2 days ago and dropped into the Atlantic Ocean. 90% of the reason for this was "Pilot Error" and 10% could, possibly, be put down to this drone being only 90% perfect: because it doesn't have rear or side collision sensors, like it's big brother the Phantom 4 Pro. My crash may have been prevented by inclusion of rear sensors, as this avoid reversing or "yawing" into close obstacles. It's also true to say that more careful flying can prevent that issue, too. On the plus side, I have had 6 weeks to get to know this drone quite well and to be extremely pleased with it. It is packed with features - far more than I have used so far; the intelligent flight modes are amazing and I have only seen "tripod mode" and "draw" in action so far. The app is very comprehensive, and I will say that it works best, for me, with an iPad mini rather than a phone, although a larger-screen phone would be fine (not so much the iPhone 5's and downwards.) I'm a professional photographer and I am pleasantly surprised by the camera on this drone, especially for the excellent price. It has as many settings as a mid-range DSLR camera and the quality, with careful selection of the settings and judicious post processing is good enough large wall prints and for selling via any of the online picture libraries (I have had several accepted in the last few weeks). One of my photos taken with the Phantom 4 Advanced drone is attached. So, although I'm now nursing the serious dent in my wallet where money for food and rent used to be, I am delighted to be buying another P4 Advanced at this great price. I did feel that the lack of all-round sensors warranted a 4 star rather than 5 star review, but it's a great drone and for this money it has to be 5 stars!
