I have reviewed these chrystals already, as they are invaluable to combat the damp in my flat, because they really do work.

Work very well. They do leave a little residue as mentioned on the packaging but they do the job of absorbing moisture even in summer! I was surprised to find my dehumidifier with liquid after 3 days after the 30 degree heatwave in the UK.I've seen other shops sell the same crystals for much cheaper but they are only sold during season. In the meantime should I need more, I know that amazon seems to stock this all year round.

Great Product and Great service

I use this in numerous collectors in my 20ft storage containers to keep the moisture down particularly during the winter months, and to stop mould forming on household goods and furniture stored for long periods. Seems to work well - I'm no expert on absorbency but after varying lengths of time (depending on how much you go in and out of the containers) the krystals are converted to a sort of viscous thick watery liquid in the units where they have presumably taken the moisture out of the ait and captured it into the slime. I would probably prefer some sort of low power use thermo tube to combat the moisture in there, but where they are situated there is no access to electricity so this is a stand alone solution that works fairly well. As long as you keep an eye on when the krystals have been fully absorbed and top them up, then they do the job. Very easy to use once you have the capture units, wish they were cheaper (like everything!), absorbency ????... On a scale of 1 to 10 - who knows.... they work! I buy them on a regular basis, so must be happy with what they do.
