* I haven't been paid to say this bought this to help me lose weight while on a 1200 cal daily intake.* I was skeptical about these tabs I didn't know if it would work. However I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I started using it I wouldn't feel hungry at night after dinner. As long as you take it at least half an hour before dinner (not after or it won't work) with plenty of water it's really effective! Usually after a few hours after dinner I'm hungry again and ruin my days restricted diet. These are a God send and the price is very reasonable for how many you get. I only have two a day instead of three as this is all I need so I've three months worth. Sometimes you feel very full like you've just had a massive three course dinner after your tea, but you get used to it. I'm on a 1200 cal a day diet and lost 5 pound in three weeks. Excellent product. Hoping in continues. :)

I've been taking for 2 weeks and I'm definitely noticing a difference. I would normally snack quite a lot through the day but I'm finding that I don't need to. You still need to pay attention to your hunger cues, i.e you could still binge on a lot of food if you really wanted to, they don't make you uncomfortablly full, just a satisfied feeling. So long as you're realistic with expectations I think they're great. They're not going to make you lose weight on their own, but if you're making an effort to eat right and more more, they may help speed up the process a little and help keep food cravings at bay. The tablets can affect absorption of other medications so I take my regular medication first thing along with a multivitamin and don't take a glucomamnan pill until a few hours later 11ish. I take another 45 minutes before my evening meal. It recommends 3 per day but 2 is enough for me. Make sure you take with plenty of water as they can cause blockages if not.

I ended up in hospital after taking these! It had struggled to get through and was causing a blockage in my intestine. I was in immense pain, worst pain I have ever felt in my life!! I was vomiting constantly, nauseous, constipated and then had diarrhea for weeks. If you want to lose weight, just eat more vegetables to help you feel full up and get a gym membership... I learnt the hard way! I honestly believed I was going to die, it was petrifying. Don't take the risk.

So, I am in love with these tablets. Second week using them and I have lost 4lbs in total. It's not a massive weight loss but I have done faddy diets and lost 10 lbs in a week only to gain it back as soon as you start eating normally again, so slow is good for me! I have noticed these do make me feel full so I eat less and they keep me fuller for longer. I hate feeling hungry and unsatisfied, that basically means I will eat and eat to make sure I'm full. With these tablets I haven't made any drastic changes with my diet but, I do eat less because i get full quicker. I find I have less carbs now, purely because the tablets can have a laxative effect if I do over do it. Overall I am happy, I haven't had any stomach cramps or any other adverse affects, except if I eat nothing but carbs.... i literally pay for it! I take the tablets 3 times a day before each meal and find I don't often fancy eating in between meals, in which I am famous for....so there is no room for cakes and chocolate! Also the tablets help to regulate when i do go.I will defiantly buy again and will hopefully lose more weight in due course. Also very quick and well packaged delivery

I initially bought these because I have pcos and they were recommended to me to help with my insulin resistance and I think they are working. I do notice I am fuller when I take them - sometimes I find that I’m not even needing to eat until a little later , but definitely reduced portions too. I don’t crave sweets thinks as much … if at all. I didn’t weigh myself when I got these but I have managed to definitely drop a size in my jeans (was a 16uk pushing 18 and now into 14’s - though a little tight!!) They are definitely helping with my pcos symptoms, even my problems post gallbladder removal. Would really recommend these.

After using these capsules for a while I was a bit disappointed with the results, so I have directly tested them. I opened a couple of them in a small bowl of water (100ml, no more) and mixed them with a spoon and left them there for 10 minutes. Result, slight jellification of the water and it is full of white undissolved clots that have not reacted with the water. I don't know what's inside of these capsules but it is Konjac in a really small percentage. Not recommended at all. I give them 2 stars just because there is some Konjac content and they are easy to swallow.

These pills came very fast and the bottle is very large, but so are the pills. I have a hard time swallowing big pills and have a very sensitive gag reflex and choke easily. I didn’t research Konjac before buying this, I should have. These can easily swell in your esophagus if you don’t get them down fast enough because they are suppose to swell in the stomach to create fullness. Also, you must drink loads of water so it doesn’t sludge up your intestines. On days one and two I was able to swallow one pill 20-30 mins before eating. I felt full and liked the feeling of keeping my hunger at bay. The third day I took my morning pill and it got stuck, I could feel it expanding in the bottom of my esophagus like so many other reviewers stated. I chugged water as fast as I could and it went down. After that I was terrified to take these pills. Looking online this is a danger with taking Konjac in pill form. I loved the way the pills made me feel full though so I actually started to do a little research and read other reviews on here. One reviewer said they add one pill to applesauce. Genius! So I added 1 pill to 1/2 a cup of applesauce. It’s best if you mix it and wait a few minutes. The applesauce will Kindof thicken up. It was easy to take. I chug some water after every few bites of applesauce and I notice the same feeling of fullness without the scariness of choking! I only take 2 a day. 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon (both in applesauce) Drink lots of water and you will feel the effect of this fiber. I am thankful to have found this even though I have to take it in a different way. In the week I’ve been taking this I have lost 6lbs and I am not emotionally eating. Also, this has helped regulate things and helps with my constipation. If you have a hard time swallowing I hope this idea of taking with applesauce will help you as well.
