ASUS ZenWiFi XT9 WiFi 6 Mesh System - 1 Pack - Black - AX7800 Whole-Home Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 System

I’ve been using the ASUS ZenWiFi XT9 for a few weeks, and it’s made a huge difference at home. No more dead spots when form mesh with my other two xt8 —my bedroom and garden both now have strong WiFi. Setup was simple, and the app makes it easy to see what’s connected. Streaming and video calls are smoother, and even with several devices online at once, I haven’t noticed any slowdowns. It feels reliable and fast, and I finally don’t have to argue over who’s using too much bandwidth. Definitely worth it if you want stress-free home WiFi.

Fantastic product, improved my internal wifi system massively and now give solid whole home WiFi.

A year later and it still works

A single unit, connected to my sky max hub as an access point, solved my Wi-Fi issues in a 4 bed house.

I now much better wifi signal and speed, Unfortunately did not solve the issue of my broadband losing its connection every hour for a few minutes. I have with thanks to this router been able to find out that Sky have a setting on there equipment to drop the broadband connection every hour.

Powerful signal, a lot of customisations and no fees for parental control and security features. Strongly recommended!

At the start I was very impressed. Had one XT9 and one XT8. The mesh worked wonderfully and having the extra network port at the other end was very helpful for my work. Sadly 10 months later, I came home to a smell of electrical burning and found that the XT9 was not powering on. I checked on the Asus support site and the product has 2 more years of warranty. I filled out the Support request on Amazon and it tells me to speak with Asus. Have phoned Asus and they tell me it is Amazon. I am now stuck in the middle with a non-working product. I would of expected much better from an Asus and from Amazon. Sadly this will have to be one product from Asus that I will not now recommend, Plus I will have to rethink if I buy Asus products if they are not going to provide warranty.

Ik kocht deze als aanvulling op de set die ik eerder heb gekocht. Ik heb een oudere woning en werk in IT dus een stabiele goeie internetverbinding is cruciaal voor mij in het hele huis. De Asus XT9 doet dit perfect! Makkelijk qua configuratie aan de hand van de App en heel eenvoudig om een AI Mesh Netwerk op te zetten. Kleine tip bij meerdere node’s: configureer je Node steeds zo dicht mogelijk in de buurt van je Home Node. Dat maakt het makkelijker om erna connectie te maken op zijn definitieve plaats. Aanrader!

Ondanks de duizend en één instelmogelijkheden, miste ik toch juist voor mij wat essentiële zaken. Gezien de prijs ook, hou ik het toch maar bij mij Deco set die in mijn geval beter bij mijn wensen aansluit.

Funciona sin un solo reinicio, proporcionando una conexión Wi-Fi estable y rápida. 👍 La facilidad de instalación me sorprendió. Todo resultó ser tan intuitivo que ni siquiera tuve que profundizar en la configuración durante horas. También se puede configurar de forma remota. Me gustó especialmente que este enrutador proporcione una velocidad de Internet increíble. La captura de pantalla adjunta habla por sí sola: esta es una conexión inalámbrica Wifi 6, ¡ni siquiera una con cable! 💻📶 Cuando necesite un segundo dispositivo para ampliar el área de cobertura, con gusto elegiré otro ASUS ZenWiFi XT9. Por cierto, son muy fáciles de conectar entre sí. Por cierto, cuando estaba eligiendo un enrutador, noté algunas críticas no tan buenas para este modelo. ¡Pero decidí arriesgarme y no me arrepiento! Ich habe 3 mesh Systeme in dieser Preiskategorie getestet. Linksys Velop, Netgear Orbi, und Asus. Ich bin technisch versiert und kenne mich mit Netzwerken aus. Was mir bei Netgear und Linksys gefehlt hat waren viele Einstellmöglichkeiten. Für Laien eventuell kein Problem. Setup per app und los gehts. Persönlich waren mir aber die Einstellungen wichtig daher blieb ich bei Asus, obwohl der Linksys und Orbi von haus aus, zu Anfang, stabiler waren. Der Asus war erst stabil nachdem das 160MHz band deaktiviert habe. Asus besitzt des weiteren einen Dedicated Backhaul, heißt das es für die Verbindungen der Nodes zu einander ein eigenes Band verwendet 5ghz-2. Dieser kann bei Wunsch auch für das restliche Wlan (Fronthaul) freigegeben werden. Macht besonders sinn wenn man das Backhaul über Ethernet betreibt. Insgesamt Funktioniert der Asus sehr gut und ist sehr stabil, die APP ist gut durchdacht und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Alle advanced Einstellungen finden sich in der web-oberfläche. Es sind keine zusätzlichen kosten oder abos zu bezahlen um alle features zu nutzen. Mit 3 Nodes versorge ich an die 500m2 durch Stahl-Betondecken und Mauern und den Außenbereich. Kann ich mit gutem gewissen empfehlen.
