Great product. I recommend sticking out the full course, 1 a day. When I came off after 90days I realised the slight impact ashwaganda had to my stress management and mindset. I feel less stressed and more capable when taking them. As close to a ‘limitless pill’ as you are ever going to get haha. Clear headed and distressed, what more could you ask for. Oh and fantastic libido effects.

This is good, very helpful for social anxiety issues, especially when combined with L-Theanine.

Never disappointed with Solgar! I use this in the morning before a hectic day and I can feel that works. The only downside (only if you have sensitive stomach and you take 1000g a day for a long period) is the upset stomach.

Family member recommended these after reporting to feel so much better after taking these & having so much more energy, After using these for about 2 months I didn’t really notice much.. apart from making me visit the loo frequently I didn’t notice much different in my self taking these.. Great product, Solgar are one of my go to companies for herbs and I found that my anxious state of mind calmed very quickly after I started to use this product, it is always best to check with your DR if you are still anxious after a few weeks of using this if you still haven't calmed yourself. I would order again if I find myself in the need.

Da auf der Verpackung nichts steht gebe ich mal eine Hilfestellung bezüglich der Einnahme. Die Pillen 1-2 Stück werden kurz vor dem Schlafengehen eingenommen, traditionell mit Honig und Milch. Ich nehme aber nur Wasser - meistens. Das Extrakt hilft schneller und besser die REM Schlafphase zu erreichen, die besonders entspannend und regenerativ für den Organismus ist. Dadurch dass man besser schläft und sich besser erholt könnten beispielsweise Hormonungleichgewichte ausgeglichen werden. Ein Versuch an Mäusen zeigte, dass die Einahme über einen Zeitraum von 2 Wochen den T4 Spiegel im Blut deutlich erhöht hätten, was bei einer Schildrüsenunterfunktion hilfreich sein könnte. Nebenwirkung: Sehr lebendiges Träumen.
