Surprisingly good, better than expected
Astonishingly good for the money.I was able to change the screen over and retain all functions, including Touch ID .Things to note:The screen isn't quite the same standard as an OEM part - if you look closely (really closely!) you can see individual pixels. Not noticeable in general operation though.I have a very small amount of light leak at the top of the screen but it's unnoticeable unless you have something very black on the screen.Touch ID works but do take care to scope out extra tutorials on carefully removing the cable. Also worth noting I am still on iOS 9.0.2 so it may be that I'm just not on a high enough firmware to get caught out!Tools were perfectly decent and did the job well. It is a very fiddly job though but that's to be expected.Ultimately though, this is a great screen and is an ideal replacement. It's not quite full OEM standard but for £30 it is well worth it.

Great customer service! Good product!
As an experienced novice in repairing iPhones. I've used my fair share of suppliers of iPhone screens. I now use LL Trader products for all the jobs I do. I can say with confidence that they are top quality parts that I have hardly ever had a problem with. In the replacement of the latest iPhone 6 screen I did there were a few issues with the screen. It was not fully functional and it had vertical lines down the screen. I initially thought this was a hardware fault and that the cable from the screen was damaged (after having fiddled around with the screen for a while).A quick email proved very useful with advice coming back from an product engineer discussing possible static electricity on the components and that given some time on charge the static would earth, fixing the issue. I thought this to be a tactic to confuse me but soon enough the screen coward and became fully functional. So 10 out of 10 for the technical expertise. If this didn't fix the issue they were willing to also refund or replace the part with no more questions asked. One thing to be weary of! In replacement if the screen functionality of TOUCH ID was lost. I am going to try to resit the cable for the touch id sensor but this is not down the the component quality as far as my knowledge goes. However cannot fault the supplier of the product, very helpful when needed!TIP: buy the screens from LLTrader website and it much cheaper than Amazon! Very usefully noted on the screen that was sent.Hope this helps.

Get what you pay for
For the price, I am not disappointed. I wasn’t expecting a screen as good as Apple’s. If, like me, you want to prolong the life of your phone without spending a lot, this is a great option. My only gripe is that this screen is advertised as being high quality, when it is anything but. While it functions okay for the most part, the touch input is not as accurate as the official screen. You will no longer be able to do small movements quickly, although this is likely to be unnoticeable to most. The worst part about this screen is the display. Horrendous viewing angles, extremely washed out colours, and an overall lack of sharpness. It’s hideous, but it’s functional. Another small detail to note is that the screen is ever so slightly thicker than the original, so sits about half a millimetre higher. As for the kit itself, it has everything you need, but the screwdrivers are not magnetic. If they were, the process would be a whole lot easier. I have some from another repair kit and can’t imagine how difficult it must be to put the miniature screws back in without them.Overall, if you just want a functioning display for a low price, go for it. If you want the quality of an apple display, look elsewhere.

A great and good value replacement for a broken iphone 6 screen.
Does what it says on the tin, a great and good value replacement for a broken iphone 6 screen. The tools supplied are sufficient to complete the whole process.Note - I want to share what you are getting into: this item requires you to transplant a number of small and delicate components from the old broken screen to the new screen, requiring good eye-sight and a steady hand. Pay careful attention to handling the home button and cable, the touch sensor is uniquely keyed to the phone, if it's broken in the process of transplanting you can source a replacement button but you will likely lose touch functionality and therefore features like apple pay. Also keep a note of where each screw came from when disassembling, many vary in length and can cause damage to the circuit boards if a long screw is returned in place of a short screw. There are several good walk throughs on youtube and sites like ifixit - I recommend taking a look at these before ordering to ensure you are comfortable with the process.I initially thought the display was defective as it didn't sit nicely into the corner of my phone, but then I realised that the phone body itself was twisted - with a bit of careful 'encouragement' I managed to straighten the phone body and everything fell nicely into place, so do check for other damage before starting the process. The product itself is good quality, and if you are comfortable with working on small components you will have no problems doing this yourself; you'll save ££s vs the high street or taking it back to apple.
