Good tripod for your phone.
On first impressions I like this tripod. For the money I paid, it's a good product. It has a little bit of weight to it but not too heavy if you want to carry it around with you. It's of a good size once collapsed and can easily fit inside a rucksack/ larger bag. The shorter you stand the tripod the sturdier it is, gets a little flimsy once fully extended but not too the point that I think it would fall over. The Bluetooth dongle connected to my phone (Google Pixel) straight away and works like a charm. Overall so far I am happy with this tripod and I'm looking forward to using it whilst out and about.

Pretty good tripod but for nothing heavier than a mobile phone
Really impressed by this. Wanted to have it for a holiday in the wilds where no one would be about to take a photo of the entire family for us.I wouldn't trust it with anything heavier than my phone but for the phone it's ideal.Bluetooth doofer works great and from a canny distance and the connector for the phone is reassuringly stable.Great at its shortest on a table or at its tallest from a distance. One down side is if the tripod is on wonky ground, you can only straighten it from one side meaning you sometimes have to take out phone and turn it around so the correct adjustment can be made.Folds down small and carry case is nice too.On the cheap side but does feel like it'll do what I want for a while at least.

I thought the idea was very good. It holds itself quite well but is a little on the flimsy side, which is a trade off for protability. I took it for a spin on a trip and it was very usefu. The bluetooth hob included is small and easy to hide. I kept it hidden in my jacket pocket or placed t my hand behind other subjects in my photo and wala it looks like someone took your photo, but properly framed and without the blurry images. It held my S7 edge well but I had to remove my flip case. If you have a phone case that only covers the back it will fit this product. Overall good for the price.

Perfect - for the use it's intended for....
If you are a serious photographer, you will need a serious tripod, big and heavy. If (like me) you occasionally want to take group shots of family and friends, perhaps while dining, with either your phone camera or something a little heavier - then this seems perfect.I'd stress that I've only looked at and played with it as yet, not used it in a 'real' setting. Here's what I found: I can understand other reviewers commenting the legs didn't lock, were fiddly, or it was unstable. The instruction label on the legs and the instruction leaflet appear to be WRONG!On mine, the legs lock by turning to the LEFT not to the right as per the instuctions. (left to lock) When this is practiced, the unit is amazingly stable for something of it's height and light weigh.Perfect if you're frustrated by waving selfie sticks around, and just want somewhere to rest your phone for group shots by remote control. (and without getting half your arm in the shot)As with all phone mounts of this type, beware the clamp isn't so positioned as to press on the phone on/off button when assembling, and reboot your phone!I also tried it with a Fuji HS20 bridge camera (780g), and within say, 25 degrees or so of an upright position - it worked absolutely fine. (that's probably more than needed to frame an ordinary shot)The nearer you increase it to 45 degrees, of course you get slippage caused by the camera weight. What would you expect, the spigot is only 14mm in diameter.Naturally a lightweight phone has no such problem.Note that the camera screw plate is moveable to 90 / 180 degrees (landscape/portrait) you simply have to push it in against spring pressure whilst turning plate up/down.The Bluetooth connected to my Android 7 phone without problem (BT-4), though another quirk here - the bluetooth button doesn't have an ON position marked, so you have to work it out. With the 'camera graphic' on the press button pointed upward - move the slider to the LEFT. A tiny green LED flashes and then disappears. The unit is on. (I presume you should turn off after use to conserve the battery) Slide right to turn off. With the legs fully retracted, it's hard to imagine a more stable, yet also lightweight and portable, table top tripod giving a platform height of 27 cm. (you can use one or more leg extension to gain extra height too) That purpose alone could be worth the money. But it goes further, and with the legs extended offers a perfect height for dining and seated shots. And - unlike what appears to be the only other mid height lightweight option available that has a very small stand spread - is unlikely to get knocked flying when the dog wags his tail against it!It's by no means 'rigid' when the legs are extended, but unless it was engineered by NASA with their choice of expensive materials, how could it be?It is, after all, just over £20, compact and very portable, and as far as i can see, does the 'in between' job it was intended to do. (in between a selfie stick and a heavyweight tripod)Presumably you could also use it as a makeshift selfie stick by extending and holding the legs, and using the button.Happy snapping!

Ok, does the basic job, worth it at the price
Portable and reasonably sturdy, basically did what I needed it to do, however, the legs can get stuck and the bluetooth had issues at times with Galaxy S7 and S8.

It’s small enough to fit in my bag, work draw or hold in my hand comfortably.
I have recently decided on embarking on being a content creator and this tripod has been a God send. I work during the day so taking pictures with this has been really helpful as I do not have a photographer. I use the tripod with my iPhone 7 (attachment included in purchase] and my Sony a5000 camera. Both have worked perfectly.ProsIt’s small enough to fit in my bag, work draw or hold in my hand comfortably.Easy to setupSturdyThe remote is a huge bonus. (Connected easily)Legs can be locked at a “short” height therefore can be use on a table topTravels wellConsThe height could be better but that could be to me being 5”11 so I have to be creative with angles/positioningThe neck could have extended too. Similar to how the legs retract would’ve of been great. In conclusion this is been a great addition, I have workarounds so the cons aren’t so important. I’ve just put the legs closer together so it higher; weather permitting. Would recommend and very happy with my purchase.

Simply Splendid.
I dithered over this lighter model or the heavier newer version but am very happy with the lighter. It is much better made than I expected, the legs locking well and are stable. I want it for an iPhone, but it would easily cope with a small camera. Points to note: The legs click lock each when fully extended so can't be locked at an intermediate length for levelling. The "head" is all plastic but quite robust. I have unscrewed the phone holder, and removed one of the two springs to reduce pressure on a Max size iPhone - a simple procedure. For travel where the light weight and small size is important this is superb. The bluetooth shutter release works very well, (and has an on/off switch) so all in all this is quite brilliant.
