They do work! You can also cut to fit area

Did not work at all to relieve my back pain.
"Uses Far Infrared Technology (FIT) to reflect back the energy emitted by your own body" - REALLY! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, unless you want to donate $8 to the this company. Did not work at all to relieve my back pain. The patches did stick to my back and that is all it did well. :-(

These things are so tiny and did nothing. If you want patches that work, look for Aspercreme's flex patch. Seems weird, but when I was in severe pain, it was one of the few things that helped. It's just not something you can easily find on Amazon. I settled for this useless item and wasted money.

Didn’t Stick, Didn’t Last
These paper-thin patches barely stuck for an hour, let alone the “up to 5 days” they claim. I followed the directions exactly, but they kept peeling off no matter where I placed them. They were honestly more annoying to deal with than the neck pain itself. I love the idea of long-lasting infrared relief, but if the patch won’t stay on, there’s no way to find out if it even works. Great concept — poor design.

They work but they just won’t stay one it suppose to stay on for five days but it don’t if you take a bath it come right of. If the could make with better paper it would be a good patch or change the item to one time we’re items

These patches have helped with the pain in my hands.
I have a lot of pain in my hands and these patches have helped me a little bit, and to me a little bit is better than nothing. They are definitely not a miracle cure, but definitely helpful as compared to many other products that are on the market that I have tried. I recommend trying these if you have hand pain
