Apple EarPods with Lightning Connector - White

Bought these years ago and still going strong. Highly recommend.

To think these used to come free with iPhones and now they’re being chucked out at £19 is a bit annoying but having decided to revert to basics so I can enjoy Apple Music lossless it was money well spent. I actually wear them in opposite ears, right in left, left in right and they fit better, are no longer loose and sound fantastic with highs, mids and lows very discernible. As with all Apple products, they just work but there’s a way to make them sound even better via your iPhone. 1: go into settings access the music tab and if on, turn off the EQ 2: ensure you have the Apple health app open and then download the Mimi hearing test from the App Store. 3: performance the hearing test and screenshot the result to your photos. 4: go into settings, find the accessibility tab, open it and then open audio & visual within the accessibility tab. 5: turn on Headphone Accommodations and then hit custom audio setup 6: you'll be asked to use audiogram, select yes and then download the photo you saved from the hearing test and your phone will analyse it and customise your audio accord to the results of the test. It’s all very clever but the difference it makes is beyond belief and has turned what were already a great set of buds into a fantastic sounding set of buds One final tip, I also turned the sound check in the music tab off and despite many expects claiming having it on makes no difference, to my unatuned ears, turning it off in conjunction with the actions above also made a difference to the sound. You can thank me later.

Great EarPods but last set didn’t last as long as I would have liked (stopped working in one ear) hence the need to repurchase.

If the cord could be tougher that would be great but music quality is a good and for the price it’s alright

Bought these for only a couple of pounds under the Apple price. After I ordered them, I read some reviews stating that they are not genuine or they come unboxed and it caused me to panic. I know I can only talk for myself, but these headphones came fully boxed in Apple’s boxing. They are perfect sound quality, the kind you’d only expect from Apple. After years of using EarPods, I can say they are exactly the same quality as the ones that come directly from the store. They are Apple, and at a discounted price. Highly recommend.

These earbuds have been run though the wash maybe 8 times by accident since I bought them. They still work perfectly. That’s a 5/5 in my book. They fit comfortably, the sound quality is as expected of Apple earphones, not extraordinary but definitely not bad.

One of the sides stopped after a few months.
