Christmas gift well received.

Love Tintin and I'm taking great pleasure in introducing Tintin & Snowy to my two boys. The stories and illustrations are excellent, great for encouraging my boys to read.The only comment I would make is that I was expecting a hardback book but received a paperback, I now realise that "album" means paperback - I shall know for next time.

As we get older and in my case into old age (pension age) you reflect on things you recall from your childhood, Tintin was one of those memories that was stirred quite recently and particularly the story of Tintin in America as is the Old West so getting a copy of this book reconnected me with my past.

As a child, I remember going to the library and checking out the Tintin books and being drawn into the adventure, wishing I could be Tintin.Now in my late 20's, I have decided to purchase all the Tintin books so that when my 2 year old is a bit older, I can share the world of Tintin with him :-D

An early TINTIN publication, am pleased to include this 'hard copy' in my Library ... even though this pre-War (1939-45) adventure has become rather, umm, shall we say 'dated' ...

I have always loved this book! This copy was for a friend of mine who was really glad to receive it. I have used wordery multiple times now and I would certainly recommend. Timely delivery and thoughtfully packaged.

I have this book for a foreign English student, short text in bubbles is great to understand!
