I ordered this product as I heard so much good said about it and wanted it for inflamation of joints as I sometimes suffer with pain associated with type of work I do. I have been taking it for about 10 days when I developed cold symptoms, I never recover from cold quick and never am able to stop it once it shows up. This time, with the Turmeric, I never got further symptoms, it must have been the Turmeric which helped, as I did not take anything else and within 2 days I was fine. And I know the way I felt was certainly leading to a nasty cold...so am very excited and I have already given it to my son who has CFS and my daughter who suffers with colds very often. The reviews that state that this product works are accurate enough! A Google search for the 10 benefits of turmeric pulls out a useful article that lists the seemingly unbelievable benefits of turmeric when digested with black pepper. Having tried them for over a week now, I am confident about the claims made in so far as these capsules have benefited me in relation to my own ailments.With 120 tablets in this tub, they will last about 4 months = good value!I wonder why the medical world has not shouted about this product to relieve sufferers of things like arthritis, inflammation of bones/ joints, depression, indigestion trouble, dementia, and more.

I'd been contemplating buying some Turmeric tablets for a little while as I had read the blurb and thought it was worth giving them a try. I opted for the Nutravita brand as they appear to have a good concentration of Curcumin and also contain Bioperine, which, I understand helps the Turmeric to be absorbed into your system. I'm taking the tablets, as is my wife, and although I can't say I feel any different as yet (we've been taking them for about a week), my wife says she thinks her troublesome knees feel a little easier. I would also say that I recognised the Nutravita brand name and felt that they didn't contain some additives that alternative brands do, price was good for 4 months supply (2 months for the wife and I as we're both on them). Additionally, they are organic and although I'm not someone who buys organic products generally, it felt the right thing to do with these tablets.
