Feel benifet for taking this, hair Looks shinier, nails are stronger and my skin looks good too, feel better in myself,im post menapausel but my hair was shedding, still get hot flushes though not as intense, I forget to take them every day which I should because I Feel calmer and no hot flushes, I've taken both starflower oil and evening primrose oil for years separately but I definitely find taking both together makes a HUGE difference especially while going through the menopause, I had breast cancer which put me into it slightly earlier than I probably would have been, wouldn't give me HRT so it's Been a struggle at times but I've definitely Found taking certain supplements especially Both oils together has really helped me enormously, highly recommend taking Both together 100 percent

I am in my late 30s but have always suffered with PMT. Lately it’s been much much worse, to the point where I feel like I am on a rollercoaster and feel emotionally exhausted. I just about recover and then the cycle starts again. I’ve started getting cyclical breast pain too, and sweating in the night around the time of ovulation and then again during my period. A colleague at work mentioned these and at first I ignored her... Eventually I gave them a go, though was sceptical... I’m now on my 3rd box. No more cyclical breast pain, no more night sweats, and I just feel so much more level: Less sinusoidal and calmer in general. Wish I’d have tried them sooner
