These are very good quality scissors and very sharp, just as you would expect from Victorinox. I've not had them very long yet so still trusting they are made from good steel that hold a sharp edge for a long time.

Nice sharp kitchen scissors. Great for chopping up chicken or cutting a pizza into slices. They are strong and easy to clean. They came with a safety cover. Overall would definitely recommend them.

Victorinox is a well known brand for their quality products, which is why I bought these scissors. Initial thoughts, very sharp, seems sturdy, hopefully will last for years and no gimmicky rubbish add ons. Issues: after 2 days some rust appearing around centre hole. Seems like a manufacturing error which will need to be addressed I suppose? Stainless steel has a chromium oxide layer for protection and something has obviously gone wrong around the hole. Maybe the hole was drilled out before the protection was added? Who knows I’m just talking rubbish maybe. The Edge is slightly serrated, so not sure how sharpening them will fair. It doesn’t state this anywhere in the description. Whatever.

Incredible Sharpness and Citrus Quality. Very much easy to use and comfortable Bought to cut fat off bacon more reliably than my cheap scissors. Now use so many times as sharp cuts through anything really you would expect. Very easy to use and a great design. Also easy to clean

Le forbici da cucina Victorinox sono semplicemente perfette. Appena prese in mano si percepisce la qualità: sono robuste, ben bilanciate e l’acciaio inox è di ottima fattura. Tagliano tutto con facilità, dalle verdure alla carne, fino agli imballaggi più resistenti. L’impugnatura è comoda e sicura, non scivola nemmeno con le mani bagnate. Versatili, affidabili e costruite per durare: un accessorio indispensabile in cucina. Unica nota negativa il prezzo molto elevato rispetto ad altri prodotti simili, da vedere nel tempo se il costo è giustificato dalla resistenza.

I am so impressed with these scissors. They are super sharp, incredible quality, they seem to be durable (I’ll update you after I spatchcock my turkey for Thanksgiving), and very reasonably priced. I’m so pleased with this purchase!
