Changing my review to 5 Stars and would give 10 if I could. Here's my updated review: We purchased this keyboard a couple months ago. We weren't completely happy, but we were making due. Well, the seller reached out ALL ON THEIR OWN and we shared our experience. UNBELIEVABLE, but they took absolute ownership of our dissatisfaction and immediately took to making it right! I couldn't believe it. They shared the problem with their manufacturing group and immediately sent me a replacement. They communicated with me multiple times until a new keyboard was in my hands and working! Keyboard and mouse just arrived and my problems are solved! I am stunned! WOW! Just the fact they took ownership of the problem and immediately engaged on fixing it is amazing. Who does that these days? Well, my issues with regard YouTube compatibility and such have been fixed. 10 stars in my mind. Great keyboard and mouse combo. Highly recommend! I will be talking about this experience for awhile! That's a good thing! Old Review: Takes a lot of getting used to: Keys shifted far left. Must think about putting fingers on keyboard. When computer goes to sleep, you must double click keyboard and mouse (each) to wake them up after you wake up computer. Keyboard shortcuts for YouTube do not work. Letters wearing off after just 4 months light use. You may find this keyboard hard to adjust to if you've had a higher quality one before.

Great wireless key board and mouse set at an awesome price. I bought it because I have a large monitor and I work from home, In bed. So much easier to do with this set. Key pad works great, the clicks are nearly silent and very smooth~ I appreciate the wrist resting area more than I expected I would. The wireless mouse is convenient too. Amazingly lightweight and glides so smoothly. Over all easy to set up, basic and affordable. Just what I was looking for and surpassed my expectations as far as quality goes~ solid build that will last for many years I’m sure.

Update: The company provided a full refund on this product so they do stand behind it. This is a nice keyboard and mouse set. The keys feel nice and soft and when it's working, it works nicely. However, it just ... stops working for no apparent reason every few minutes. Especially the keyboard. Typing along, everything working fine. Then suddenly, not working. A few minutes later, starts working again, then stops again. Maddening! I tried switching out batteries, moving the dongle to a different port - no dice. Unfortunately, had to return this set. Why is it so hard to find a decent, reliable keyboard and mouse setthese days?!?

Second keyboard from the same manufacturer, both with the same problem. The numerical keypad does not work. even after re-pairing and making certain that the NUMLOCK key has been pressed. I'm send this one back also and buying a different brand. EDITED REVIEW - After searching Google, I found that deep in the settings for the computer there is a setting that changes the way the side button works with the numerical pad on the keyboard. After I changed that setting. the keypad now works fine. I wish the manufacturer had some timely support and knew about this setting.

I am super happy with this purchase! Easy to set up. The keys are soft touch and the wireless mouse is a great feature. You will need a battery, I forgot what size. Either AA or AAA for the mouse. I would recommend trying this if you are looking for a wireless keyboard & mouse!

this started out as a fabulous keyboard however after 4 months it has taken a turn for the worse. My cap locks fluctuates while typing so some letters are in caps while others are lowercase which is extremely annoying when trying to work. The keyboard falls asleep quickly as well which causes lag. I have replaced the batteries so that is not the issue. I like the layout of the keyboard, it's comfortable but I wish the dang thing actually worked like it's supposed to...it's too late to return it so I guess I'm stuck with it. Buyer beware.....

Great for Small hands or students. As a professional who needed this for my office, the mouse just isn't as large as the other products I've used. The keyboard is okay, not great. Overall, this may be fine for someone else, but for me (a grown woman with normal sized hands), I'm not a fan. I may be returning it.

Great keyboard for the money. Long lasting and customer service after the purchase was amazing. A great company/product to work with.
