I’ve been using HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets for a few months now, and they’ve become a must-have part of my daily routine — especially after exercise or on hot days. I've been using HIGH5 Zero Hydration Tablets for probably a year now - after hearing Dr. Andrew Huberman talk about the importance of hydration before your morning coffee. The concept of hydrating first thing in the morning, and waiting 90 minutes before having caffeine, so I looked for a cost effect way to follow this and gave these a try. Since this idea has gained popularity though, I've noticed a bit of a price hike in these kinds of products, which is a bit annoying. To be fair, what hasnt gone up in price lately! However, Ill admit, compared to other brands, HIGH5 still offers a more budget-friendly option without compromising on quality. Ive seen lots of alternatives sponsoring podcasts and they are crazy expensive for a months supply. I've tried all the flavours available and genuinely like them all. Each one is refreshing taste that doesn't overwhelm or come off as too artificial, which is often a risk with flavoured hydration products. They dissolve easily in water, and I've found them to be a great way to ensure I start my day well-hydrated. I just drop them in a pint and then neck it a minute later to get goign in the morning. zero calorie is great, this was a must as i fast until about 2pm, so didnt want any calories. th tablets have now become a staple in my morning routine. They're an effective, tasty, and cost-effective way to ensure I'm properly hydrated before I reach for my morning coffee. Despite the recent price increase, I still find them to be great value for money and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their hydration habits. I will also take an extra one if ive played sports or ran etc. I buy in bulk and have them in a few bags so i always have them to hand.

Tastes really good. I've tried the tropical and the pink grapefruit and they are both really nice..I like to take them to give me an energy boost especially when I'm on that time of the month. There is a good amount of tablets you get for the drink and they dizzolve easily. Would reccomend

given these are the cheaper side for electrolytes I was a bit apprehensive trying these but they dissolve quickly and the taste is great. I'm impressed. If you don't drink it right away you do get some sediment at the bottom but I've seen much worse with more expensive brands so I'll be buying these again.

Usually I use these after a run in the heat, but in the past I've used them when hiking, running, cycling, or sometimes when I just need to hydrate and get the feeling that regular water is just flowing through me. They are sugar-free, containing sucralose for sweetness. I don't know why they don't use regular sugar, given they are aimed at people who have been exercising and probably don't need to worry too much about avoiding sugar, but somewhere that decision was made. They contain a selection of electrolytes and come in a range of flavors. This one is the pink grapefruit and my favorite so far. I also tried Citrus (pretty good) and Berry (not really for me). The suggested usage is 1 tablet per 750ml (very roughly 24oz) of water, doubling up if you want a stronger taste. Personally I find one tablet is too little and two is too much, but thankfully they have a score mark in the middle and break in half. One tablet in 16oz of water works well for me. I usually use a tablet and a half in a 24oz water bottle, which hits the sweet spot for me. A few of the electrolyte tablets I've come across focus on replacing sodium whereas these also contain some potassium and magnesium. I'd prefer to see something with a little more potassium and magnesium but it's not necessarily as simple as "just add more" when there's no way of controlling how many of the things someone might decide to consume. These are my go-to hydration tablets and have been for years.

Been buying these for a long time as an electrolyte replacement (heavy labour in hot aus. climate). They work, and they're not full of sugar or other rubbish. Recommended.

Ich bin seit einiger Zeit in Brasilien unterwegs und verwende die Brausetapletten sowohl beim Sport als auch im Alltag um ausreichend Mineralien zuzuführen. Das Wetter ist sehr schweißtreibend und die Tabletten sorgen für einen hervorragenden Ausgleich. Mangelnde Mineralien machen sich meist duch erschöpfung bemerkbar. Ich habe bereits auch andere Mineraltabletten getestet (beim Sport und im Alltag) und die High5 Produkte sind deutlich besser (schnellere Regeneration bzw, mehr Ausdauer). Ich vergebe 4 Sterne, da die Brausetabletten mit Koffein noch wirksammer sind. Sicher wird es nach ausführlicher Nachforschung noch andere Produkte geben welche besser sind, die gibt es immer wenn man lange genug sucht.
