I was loving this product as it kept my tea warm on my commute and at my destination. However it appears to be leaking internally, with the drink making its way inside the casing. This means that my tea would stay warmer in an actual teacup and has rendered the product useless. Moreover as the liquid is in the casing, the travel mug is too hot to hold.

A great flask. No leakage. Keeps drinks hot. Easy clean. Easy to drink from without any spillages (even on public transport). The baby pink is a great colour. Very impressed and easily the best travel flask I have ever purchased (I have purchased a few trying to find the right one for my needs).

I love the colour, good product, doesn't leak so good for travelling. Only negative is doesn't keep the temperature for as long as it states
