Great work jacket
I work at a hospital and use this jacket for work because I’m always freezing in my scrubs. The quality is great and fits true to size. A best fit for me is usually a petite so sleeves are a bit long for me, but would likely work well for someone who doesn’t wear petite. It’s very soft and doesn’t get dirty easily. I also appreciate the loop at the top I can hook my badge to. Would buy again!

Favorite work jacket
This has got to be my favorite jacket to wear while working in the hospital. It keeps me warm (because we all know how cold the hospitals get) and it is soft on the inside. I got a medium size for more room when I layer up. It’s between a lightweight/heavyweight jacket. No problems with the zippers even after multiple washes.

Great Jacket!
Very well made. Worth the money. My wife loves the fit and feel.

Four stars for me, but probably five stars for everyone else.
I work as a veterinary technician in a cold, northern (Midwest) state. What I like: This is not only work-appropriate attire, but it also compliments all of my scrubs. It keeps me warm in our cold clinic, and even outside in above-freezing temperatures with mild wind. Overall comfortable with very useable pockets. Fur comes off pretty easily with a lint roller or when washed. Liquids can avoid being soaked into the fabric if you’re quick. Fabric thick enough to protect from scratches but somehow not suffocatingly warm or immobilizing. What I don’t like: I don’t recommend this for keeping warm below freezing temperatures or on windy days. Awful in the rain, water soaks in and gets you cold. No hood, collar does not come very high. Collar does like to stick up though, and it’s just high enough to be annoying in work environments. Fleece interior somehow collects hair despite being incredibly careful to lint roll EVERY surface before putting it back on, lint rolling the inside is possible but you’ll never get perfect results. Cuffs on sleeves are cloth fabric which are nice to keep warm but collect fur like crazy, and is separate from the more fur-resistant exterior so fur/hair can get in between the layers. Good luck getting the fur/hair out of there. Anything that isn’t pure water will leave a visible mark/stain until washed. Because of this, I highly recommend the black jacket color, as only whitish marks show (for me personally are easy to avoid).Overall: I love this thing. It’s perfect for my needs, only has minor annoyances that you honestly can look past/get used to because of how good everything else is. Rated four stars solely because of the long list of nitpicky things there are to dislike about the jacket. If you’re not a perfectionist (or surrounded by fluffballs) this is five stars.

Worth the money
Arms were tight at first. But it wasn’t too much of a problem since they loosen up the more you wear it. It’s very much water resistant as I’ve had to wear it in the rain a couple times now. Both times, any other jacket I’d be soaked in by the end of the walk. This one keeps you warm and dry. It’s very comfortable to work in and will keep you warm on colder units. The little pocket by the collar is so convenient. And the other pockets are deep. I’m considering buying another one.

True to size
I was looking for a light weight jacket to keep warm in the spring temperatures when spring comes around. The recommended size was XL but I ordered a size Large, the jacket fit perfectly and was comfortable. It was definitely worth the price, you can never go wrong with Carhartt. The brand is very durable and comfortable. I would say go with a size that won’t feel baggie on you , thanks carhartt for creating awesome clothing.

Fit is weird
This jacket is very warm, but I'm not pleased with the fit. I got a medium and the sleeves are tight and too long for my arms. The length of the body is a bit long, too. Otherwise I like it.
