I have excelvan studio lights (E-500) will this fit on them?

One most important point about compatibility as far as these mounts are concerned is establishing what your lights fall under amongst the popular ones you have Bowen’s or Elinchrome and the you have the ones like the neweer which is fastened on with some nuts or bolts... Coming back to these reflectors these are Bowen’s mount, the have 3 pin locking systems that you line up and twist right and the latch looks the system in place. I am not familiar with Excelvan but a quick look online the look and like the neweer type of mount and if that’s the case then these reflectors won’t fit however I must admit that your particular light might be different and in that case check to make sure they are bowen mount... if your lights say they are Bowen’s mount then purchase these reflectors and you wf I’ll be fine. What's the exact diameter, within a millimetre (not incl. spring tab)? Would like to use with Profoto standard zoom reflector (not the newer Zoom 2).

I've just measured mine at 17.2 mm. Hope that helps.

Will these fit Godox studio lights?

If your lights have Bowens mounts, then yes. I have them for my Pixapro lights which are Godox rebranded.

Are these good for hair light used with speedlight and s bracket?

Depend how 'tight' you want the hair light - I have used it sucessfully as a hair light with the 10 degree grid, but for a smaller tight hierlight on only part of the head / hairstyle I still use a snoot with grid. sorry not very helpful.....
