Ultrafit Swing Stepper
I probably shouldn't be writing a review so quickly but have given it 5 stars as it looks very sturdy and cheaply priced. Everything is working so far, ie the counter, no squeaks, and I received a manual in English which I believe some reviewers did not have. I thought it was going to be a piece of cake but after only 7 minutes my legs were killing me and I had to take a break. To relieve the monotony I am stepping to some old Bollywood tracks as I could not concentrate on using a laptop at the same time as someone else says they are able to do!! What I cannot get to grips with is that the manual says on page 10 under "Posture" "when you perform even steps, the pedal arm stopper should not touch the base frame". How on earth can you judge a step without touching the base frame. I am wobbling about on it as it is and much as I try, seem to touch the base a fair bit. Tightening the tension a little did help slightly. If anyone has any tips, I would appreciate it.

Fixed my lower back pain
I purchased this around 18 months ago, since I work from home and was looking for a solution that would allow me to exercise indoors. Realising I can plonk this in front of the TV during exercise, while avoiding the rain made it an attractive option. I recall it was easy enough to set up and feels pretty sturdy. I wouldn't want anything larger though, because this one can fit in a corner of the lounge without taking up too much space. When I first started to use it I went at this too hard and developed some knee pain in my right leg after a month or so while walking up or down any stairs. This came through setting it to maximum difficulty and pushing as fast and hard as I could to build up a good sweat. I ended up having to take a break for a while and let my knee recover properly, however I should add that I am in my mid 50's now and tend to forget I am no longer in my 20's... It's not the first time I have overdone it, so I am not blaming the machine. I did try the included elastic ropes and they work, but I personally prefer to use some light free movement barbells or nothing at all. Returning to this after a month or so, my approach was more considered and I just pushed the pedals normally at a sensible to brisk pace without undue pressure. I now use it 3-4 days a week for 50 minutes each time and it's great. I build up a gentle sweat that is more than would happen on a normal walk and zero pain. It's well made and just slides back into the corner when finished. Perhaps the best part is that I noticed my lower back pain completely disappeared after a couple weeks like this and it acts as an effective countermeasure to many hours of daily work in front of the computer. If you spend a lot of time sitting at work this really helps to ensure you get enough exercise from home while also warding off occupational back pain, so I would highly recommend this, especially at such a low price.

Great Product
To keep this simple, its a great product. The handles DONT come off as they have a screw system once attached that only a fool would miss so no idea why others are moaning about this. It squeaks like mad but can be cured by WD40 however too much may ruin the hydraulic system which looks to have happened with mine, the screws have also come loose and the computer is not working but in 4 months i have hammered it. I may have to buy a new one but it will still be cheaper than a months gym membership so i am still on top. I may be able to recover this one with maintenance and reconecting the computer cable which is why its not working but all the bad comments are generally fixable if you have sense. On a work out side iv loved what it has added to my health routeen and because of the low impact its all the good without putting yourself in hospital like running on concrete. I would recommend.

Great sturdylittle stepper
Looking at other reviews, I was a bit unsure as to whether to buy this or not but I’m so pleased I did. Great little sturdy machine, easy to use and easy to assemble. The steps probably don’t go quite as high as I hoped but it’s still a good little workout. Reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is that the stopper on one side keeps coming off but it’s not a problem cos it easily goes back on

Had to rate this down due to the reliability, the pistons overheats and its noisy
Pros? • Low impact • Easy to use • Small in size • Good grip on both foot pads and to ground • Only seen limited use but quite so far, both no squeaking or bounce noise • I work as a live-in carer, So running is near impossible as I can’t leave the house, or have a treadmill, this solves the problem by enabling me to run in place with little space taken up. Cons? • The resistance straps are noisy, a metal clacking noise was just too much. ADHD? • So my workout routine is strength one day, cardio the next, on my cardio days my brain feels faster, I can concentrate for longer. This is great for me, I have the tv on and see how much of a workout I can get in 40 mins Ease of use? Very easy, works straight out the box Storage? • Takes up little space • Lightweight design, while still maintaining enough weight to keep it stable when my 14stone in bouncing on it Price? I paid £33, for me it’s worth every penny, compare that to a gym, personal trainer etc.. (you could also just go for a run) Reliability? I can't say too much due to my limited use of the product, but a brief overlook, everything seems well made, the clasp for the resistance straps while annoying and noisy are well made and very secure. Goes well with? Resistance bands, I place the stepper a suitable distance away from the door, with a lightweight band (depending on your level of strength) and the combination is quieter, more adaptive and more fun to use. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LYM4EYE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Final Result? Due to work, I am mostly housebound, this provides me with an easy way to run on the spot without the space needed for a treadmill.
