The media could not be loaded.  Great addition to the pool. Good value for money.I have an 18x9 best way pool - fits fine on the frame (but not tightened screws on video so ignore the fact it's not straight)I am using a pressurised sand filter so I have a really nice strong flow.Only thing I don't like? You can't adjust the head to reposition where the water lands but definitely happy with my purchase

No lights working , but don’t think filter is powerful enough .Although without lights it’s a fab gadget and filters same time .

It did not clamp very well to our 10ft Bestway pool maybe I should have read the full spec. ( I will have to make up some spacers from som PVC) I have put an old towel temporary to hold it in place) The pump we have is a standard Intex Type H filter pump and it delivers sufficient power through the heater as well Not sure if there is enough flow to light up the LEds but our grandchildren will only be in the pool during the day anyway.I was surprised there was not any pipe work included or a bung to stop water coming out of the outlet. neither of thesewas a deal breaker as I had a few bits of plumbing to overcome the problem. but I will need something more permanent later, fortunately we have a pool shop near where I live.Well I bought a Bestway sand filter pump that delivers so much power, that when connected to it the water sprays two thirds to the other side of our pool, all I need now is a massive pool heater. Lolor a much bigger pool????The lights light up and show up the different colours, excellent bit of kit so far.Overall this should keep the grandchildren out of mischief for a while, or even me???

The lights don’t work even though our pump is higher than what they say the minimum needs to be and the water feature looks nice. Not worth the money if I’m honest

I have this fountain connected to my Intex 28634 filter pump and Bestway heater. It produces an adjustable range of water. During the recent hot spell I've had the fountain spraying about 6 feet into the pool to give us a cooling mist.When it's running it's very loud, you won't be able to hold a conversation with someone outside of the pool. I initially tried this with the pump that came with the pool, but it wasn't strong enough to pump the water out of the fountain with anything more than three trickles of water.This looks absolutely stunning in the evening with the light show the LEDs give the water cascade. Very happy with this purchase.

First one came with non-working LED's, so had it replaced by customer support (regardless of what others have written I had a good experience with them on this, replacement shipped first and return after exchange).Unfortunately the LED's on the second one gave out only after a few weeks use. Took it apart and found tiny grains of sand stuck in the impeller. One would think that the design should allow for this kind of debree (which is to be expected from a sand filter pump) to be able to pass.Will dismantle the thing again to see if a more thorough rinse will help, otherwise this one will be mothballed for next season..
