Loft cleared with ease
We have a 5 bed detached new build that suffers from cluster flies in 1 room, our upstairs office where the loft hatch is.The flies, not an awful lot, seem to get in to the office via the loft hatch, approx 10+ per day and in truth, I struggled to see that many loft space itself but decided it needed something doing to get rid of them.Read up about cluster flies and opted for the 7g sized smoke bombs, put 2, spaced apart, in the loft space in small ramekins that were placed onto baking trays with some tin foil to provide a wider area of protection just in case there were any sparks when lighting the smoke bombs. They are lit and burn via a blue touch paper fuse, similar to what they use in fireworks.Instantly starting to plume smoke into the loft space. We sealed the loft hatch with some masking tape and left the smoke bombs to do their stuff.Within a few minutes, we had numerous dead flies/creatures, mainly very small ones, outside the house on our path down the side of the house as the flies will try and vacate the loft space as soon as the smoke starts to plume. We have led downlighters in the bathrooms upstairs but no smoke seeped past them into any rooms upstairs which was good.I went back into the loft the following day, armed with a handheld hoover but surprisingly, and much to our relief, there were hardly any dead flies that I could see. Lots outside but none of note in the loft space which proves that the flies will vacate the area rather than stay and die in situ.2 days in with very warm weather 25 degrees+ in the loft space this week, we have no more flies in the office. How often I'll have to do this I'm not sure but for now, it was worth the £20 outlay for the product and I still have 4 canisters left. I was considering trying one canister next time but in all honesty, I know 2 definitely work and for the price, I'll stick with 2.Do they work for cluster flies in loft spaces, yep, will they work for other creatures in different spaces, I wouldn't know but I'd hazard a guess that they would based upon our experience of using them for our pest problem.

I am not the kind of person who leaves feedback unless really really bad or better than i expected, this is the later it is so rubbish!! I bought 6 for a 1 bed flat I have now bombed my flat twice in every room and it did nothing!! I am disabled and on a low income and now have to wait to get a flea bomb that will work, so i have to put up with being bitten until i can get another product. Worked as described
I read the reviews on this product and I was not sure how this was going to go, but I went ahead with my purchase. Instructions are provided and they are very clear. Place product on a foil covered plate. Remove batteries from smoke alarms. Remove all other pets, such as fish etc. Place, light, then leave each room and then leave the house for at least two hours. On return to house, ventilate as necessary. All I can say is, I followed the instructions and it worked. I have no complaints. I used four of the six and they all worked. No drama 🤷♀️If you are using this product for flea infestation, fleas lay eggs in soft furnishings….thats a fact. Educate yourself regarding the life cycle of fleas and you will better understand how to combat the problem. There is no magic wand. This product will help the process…..it does work. It will, however NOT help if you do not treat the animal also. I used this product to help an elderly friend who was could not see well enough to know there was a massive infestation. Together with decent flea spray, washing everything and a trip to the vets, we got there in the end. The whole process took effort, time and money, but it’s done 👍

Surprisingly good
Oh man I was proper torn on whether this would work. The reviews are so mixed and I took what I considered to be a risk when getting these but they actually worked! They are tiny pots, not sure why that matters but everyone else is mentioning the size, size doesn’t matter guys, if it works it works.Definitely stinks like a bonfire and does create quite a cloud of smoke. I left them all overnight and aired out the next day. I had an infestation of fleas, they were tenacious and for every one I killed, seven more would take its place. It was war, countless battles were fought, my ankles paid the price and blood was shed… but thankfully I’ve won the war.My daughters room had about 10 large wasps in as I’d left the window open all day and it killed them too! If it can take down 10 wasps the fleas didn’t stand a chance. If you’ve got pet spiders or anything small get them out the house as they won’t survive it.For the first day after treatment I saw the odd straggler hopelessly dragging around, unable to jump away or defend itself. A week later I’m no longer being eaten alive by fleas, neither is my cat, happy days. Not a flea in site. I might repeat the treatment in about a fortnight, just to be on the safe side. Definitely works.

Don't Bother!!!
I bought two packs, and there has been no effect in clearing my house!!! They may work for other bugs but have little impact on fleas. So, if you live on a budget like me, I strongly advise against these.
