Very good. Strong flow. Well made. Very sturdy

I bought this product March 2024. It is very well made and a good range of spray options and I am very happy with using it around the garden and home. Unfortunately a crack developed internally and water started leaking from the handle, I believe it may be because it was left outside over the winter period and due to water expansion and contraction due to freezing temperatures caused the issue. I contacted support directly in March 2025 and without hesitation they replaced the product for me free of charge. I can’t ask for more than that and without hesitation highly recommend the product and service.

Only had this a couple of weeks, but very pleased with it so far. Although it is more expensive, it is made from better quality materials than the many cheaper versions available. I like the on/off mechanism which is encased in metal and rubber. This design is stops water ingress, thus protecting from rust. This makes it more robust than the cheaper plastic and coiled spring versions. I was having to buy a couple of hose heads every summer as the cheaper ones never lasted long. Based on that, if this one lasts a couple of years I'll have saved by purchasing it..... time will tell.

The media could not be loaded. Terrible, did not work out of the box. Tried all the different settings to no avail. Poor quality

Good hose head and great value for money

Worked well for the two year guarantee, but used only for the past two Summers. Not used for car washing etc, and stored correctly. A few days past its guarantee, it leaks all down the trigger handle. It has been a great quality product. The seller has declined any contact, but Amazon have been helpful in trying to help. A sturdy item, tha5 shouldn’t have a seller by date attached to it.
