For the price it cannot be bettered. If you want perfect sound, then pay three times the price, but for the price the sound is excellent. Some have mentioned the sound levels being low.I am partially deaf and use hearing aids when not in the pool. I have no problems with the sound level.It will take all the songs you want to put in there, or at least more than enough for me! I formatted the drive after a short while and the item now comes up as a standard MP3 item. No problem. Just drop MP3 files in the normal way and play.All in all I could not be happier. I use in daily to go for a swim and the battery lasts ages. Highly recommended.

Absolute rubbish don’t waste your money! You get what you pay for!!! Buy a Sony not this rubbish can’t even find a user manual online

First time I uploaded music worked fine, then I went swimming, worked fine. I decided to change the songs and I keep getting a message that the device has malfunctioned and cannot connect to my PC... tried my flatmates PC - same issue.To edit, apparently the device was not completely dry when I tried to upload music even 24h after my swim, which was causing the issue. A representative contacted me and let me know what might be causing the issue. Now it works again.Great customer service! They offered to replace the item immediately in case it was faulty. Very happy with the service and the device.

Birthday gift, used it most days and for a while it performed as expected. First problem earphones started to fail, quite common with this type of MP3, connection into player breaks internally resulting in one or both channels packing up. Bought a decent pair of earphones separately to resolve issue. Problem now with charging in that player is not holding charge and no indication of how much life the device is holding, resultantly gives up part way through session.

I've had this product for more than a month, and during that time I have been seriously impressed by it. I had real doubts when I bought it, and frankly was prepared to throw it away if it didn't work, but the player has been in the water approximately 20 hours since I received it, and has performed faultlessly (if you discount a small problem when I tried to load m4a files).It really does take the boredom out of lane swimming.

What a fantastic nugget. Had this product now for 2 years. I have now had to replace the inear 3.5mm jack phones. I use this in the sauna every day and occasional swim x3 a week. I use silicone xmas tree style flange buds.

excellent product : doesn't get in the way when swimming any stroke. Highly recommend.
