Love this stuff but have no idea why it costs so much. I only use around my eyes bc if I used to cover my entire face, this trial size would be gone in a week. Check the size before you buy!

I switched to this Smashbox because I was trying to find a primer that had less settling for mature skin than Lancome. This is the one! My regimen: gel moisturizer, Smashbox primer including on my eyelids, Revlon foundation with sunscreen, Mac/Nars eyeshadow, L'Oreal (red and white tube) mascara that keeps from raccoon eyes, and Lancome/Nars/Revlon/L'Oreal lipstick. I don't see any settling at the end of each day and my foundation looks smooth.

This is the ONLY primer that works with all kinds of foundations. I've tried many products and wow - what a difference. Just make sure you put in a nice even layer. Perfect. Love it! Just bought the biggest size;)

I have super large pores on my face and heard this is just as good as the super expensive products so I gave it a try. There are no miracles and I have yet to check into the ingredients to see if I'm putting poison on my skin but the product does seem to make a difference under my makeup. The three stars is due to the very, very small amount and the price. Still ridiculous.
