Good information I learned a few things

It is just a very basic book about metalcasting.

I get the feeling this is one of those how to books written by someone who has never actually done it or at least not much. I learned a little about the terms and it gave an overview but nowhere near enough information to begin casting without a heap of trial and error practice

The cheapest book made ,I'm sure it would fall apart if you had to read it . But the Information is not helpful for anyone thinking about casting. I doubt the author has ever castled, just copied stuff off the internet.

I frankly think this book was extremely rudimentary with no research or nuggets of helpful info, like what is a well-made reliable furnace, what is a recommended degassing agent or flux, where is a chart of melting temps, This is why a person buys a book, to help gain info. and this book is not that at all, waste if money,
