Best ever Vitamin C - do NOT buy any cheap Vitamins as they contain lots of bad ingredients apart from Vitamins - Solgar does it best keeping all other ingredients to minimum!!! Take it every day every hour if you can afford it and you will feel like a new born again!!! It is true - if you don't believe me just try it for a week - do NOT listen to doctors that Vitamin C does not work because it DOES work in your whole body everywhere!!!

Hard to tell if Vitamins are doing their job and after a week of taking them I have found my adrenal feels better (less tight) and my skin is really good too, not that I have ever suffered with bad skin just it feels really soft and looks brighter!
