I have always had very bad dark circles under my eyes and they tend to be puffy in the mornings when I wake up and at nighttime before bed. No eye cream that I've tried up to this point has helped with either of those issues until now. This brighten and repair eye cream has lightened up my dark circles and they aren't near as bad as they used to be. It also helps decrease the puffiness.I suffer from having dry skin and that includes the skin under/around my eyes.
