I've read Good things about Grape Seed Extract, this seems like a legit product. I've taken it for about 1.5 solid years now. Never any digestive issues in taking it. Not sure if it's effective or not. I'm a big guy, so I take 3 - 5 capsules a day. OMG! Worked with geriatrics and tried this on some 90 year olds with low HDLs and some familial high Trigs and saw great results. Mine are getting wonky with age and so ordered.
