RotoScrub Extended Reach Brush

My aluminum coffee mug ,which I use 2 - 3 times per day for tea, was heavily stained and affected the taste of my beverage. Online research suggested scrubbing with a baking powder/vinegar combination, but these efforts were minimally effective. I chanced upon the RotoScrub and thought this could be the answer. And was it ever! I sprinkled some Bar Keep scouring powder into the mug, chucked the RotoScrub in my cordless drill, and turned it to highest speed. What rinsed out when done was disgusting, and the shining clean of the mug was amazing to behold. Honestly, it looked EXACTLY brand new! This product did precisely what it was designed for, and the price is more than fair. I cannot recommend this enough for anyone in my situation. This is all I used it for (and plan to continue using on a weekly basis or so), but I can imagine may other uses where it will be the perfect tool.

This is the only thing I know of that allows me to clean my coffee thermos properly. Now my coffee tastes better and I don't drink "The Plague" every day at lunch.

Item is as advertised. The brush is well made and sturdy. Perfect for cleaning in between spokes on mag wheels of brake dust and dirt, I like it.

We purchased this RotoScrub Extended Reach Drill Accessory Cleaning Brush to clean the black algae out of mason jars used for feeding honeybees. Even our expensive dishwasher would not clean the black algae out of the mason jars. We soaked the mason jars in warm water, the attached this brush to a drill motor, and wow, totally removes all algae from the jars and makes them clean as a whistle. Super happy with it. One warning, do not insert this brush into a mason jar that has water in it...it will totally soak your drill motor and could destroy it. Simple remove all water from the jar, insert the brush, and watch the miracle!

i wish brush head was of a bigger diameter and shaft was longer too

Attached this to my Ryobi cordless drill, poured in baking soda and some water to make a paste. Spun up the brush and cleaned the deep areas and sides of my many Contigo Stainless Steel mug/cups that I could not reach with my fingers and a sponge. Cleaned the bottom, only leaving a thin line in the bottom corner seam of the cup. Wow that was easy and great. The brush still looks great after cleaning 6 tough cups. Nice. It the bottom has a raised middle, it will not get the lower areas very well to the edge. But the sides look like new.
