This ER4047 Aluminum silicon brazing alloy rods set from BLUEFIRE is a good quality, thick and well made rods, usually you get the rods very thin. the set has 32 rods, they are not the ones with the flux inside the core you have to dip them in flux to get good bond. these are low recapture rods.as you can see in the video I got a really nice results using just a regular torch, very recommended product and cost affective.

Attempted to repair a cracked cast aluminum oil pan. Aluminum melted before rod. Flux turned glassy but did not help rod flow.
