My old headset died so I figured this would be a low cost replacement. I wasn't expecting very much but the sound quality is just as good as my old $70 headset and I don't have to worry about the cord getting in the way. The microphone didn't work when I got it and I didn't really mind that and I wasn't going to send it back or anything but the company reached out asking that I let them know If I had any issues or questions with the product. I told them that the mic didn't work and they sent a new one free of charge that arrived within 2 days. Decent product and amazing customer support 10/10

IT WORKS! I use this basically every day! The microphone works great. It can go between Bluetooth and Dongle (USB port) modes, which is very convenient. My laptop's mic went out and I could not speak for a lot of my meetings. Getting these headphones solved my communication problem. Plus...NO LINE! You do need to charge it every once in a while since they will die. Its a USB-C charger. There is an option for a line on the headphones, but I did not see it in my box. Nonetheless, this was the absolute best purchase of my life! You can adjust the volume very easily. I've had this for 5 months with no complaints. I would definitely recommend purchasing this. (College student approved!)

I want a gaming headset that's wireless. I need to hear and speak, both of these things need to sound good. The mic return audio on this headset over the 2.4ghz USB dongle is just garbage. Background hiss (with no ambient background noise), and just low fidelity. It's almost as if they designed it expecting the user to only use the mic over Bluetooth. Physically the retractable mic swivels on its own. The build also feels like it's about the fall apart.
