So after reading all the reviews about this pool cover, I decided to just go for it and buy a cheap cover as I needed one for my dogs pool. I saw most were negative, but I still went ahead and brought the cheapest one I could find as every pool cover has good and bad reviews. I don't understand why there are holes in the middle of it however it covers my 6.5/7ft pool well. I brought an 8ft cover and the pool it's self is only 30cm high so there is enough cover to put under the pool all the way around to keep it extra safe from blowing away. It keeps the pool clean and it is made of a plastic like material. There is a draw string to pull to make it a tighter fit. For me and my dog it was a bargain! I'd have brought a more expensive one but all the covers have good and bad reviews, so I decided to just go with this one. And I'm very happy I did as I saved alot of money! Very happy 😊

Perfect job for a temporary day-use cover to keep the insects, dust and other detritus from spoiling the water. Also heats up quite well in direct sun, which can only be a good thing when not using the pool/tub.Takes seconds to fit, has a draw cord as well if you need it to tighten the cover around the pool/hot tub. Material is light, flexible and has a little stretch to it but I wouldn't over do it as it is quite thin fabric.I purchased this as an alternative to the silly floating circular bubble wrap effort being sold elsewhere, which probably wouldn't keep crawling insects from gaining access...You can run the hot tub on jacuzzi mode with this cover on to give it a bit of extra fizz/oxygen in the water and the cover doesn't come off. Nice.Worth the price for days when you want to use the pool/tub but don't want the hassle of lugging the heavier inflatable cover on/off between dips.

The cover is fine but don’t promise next day delivery then not deliver. Had to wait u til the following day. Not a big issue but it’s still on the item you will deliver by the next day.

I bought this to cover our Bestway 8' pool, expecting it to be shaped to fit smoothly round the pool (as shown in the illustration on Amazon), perhaps held in place by an elastic rim. What arrived was a flat round piece of dark blue plasting sheeting with nine holes punched near the centre, a drawstring channel sewn round the outer rim and a cord (more like string than rope) threaded through it. To fit it, you need to lay the cover over the full pool and gather the sheeting in and tighten and knot the cord in two places opposite each other. You really need two people for this. There are crumpled folds in the cover all round the rim, as the cover is not shaped to fit. There are no instructions.You can take the cover off by bending the inflated rim of the pool, without undoing your knots in the cord, and put it back in much the same way. You will want to undo the knots at the end of the season in order to fold the cover compactly before putting it away.The cover has done its job satisfactorily for a few weeks, but it hasn't yet been tested yet by rough treatment or high winds.

Purchased for the best way 8ft pool, fits perfectly, easy to use with a simple drawstring design.I purchased the black version thinking it would help with attracting the sun and keeping the water temperature a little higher but I was dillusional, this didn't happen haha.There are drainage holes for what i am assuming is rain on the top which I feel almost defeats the idea of having a pool cover as bugs still manage to get in but looking at the other versions they all have the same holes.

Despite the few negative reviews for this I opted to get it..yes it's a tarpaulin sheet but it's shaped and has drawstrings..so no issues there.I got the 10ft cover for my 8ft pool so it would fit ok as you can see from my pics there's plenty of overhang..I did initially get an 8ft cover that didn't fit at all so I was happy with the overhang you can see and using the draw string it gathers up fine.I am happy with it bearing in mind it is only to keep debris and leaves out the pool and not to enhance the pools look as such..Definitely worth the money, if you're thinking about it please do get it..does what it says

Bought this for an 8ft best way steel frame pool as I could not find a suitable pool cover that was designed for the steel frame model, they all had rubbish reviews and claimed they didn’t fit right. So I took a chance on this one as the reviews seemed decent and a couple of people said they fit on their steel pool. The quality of the cover seems decent and I like that it is black as it should In theory keep the water a little warmer. Unfortunately it didn’t fit the pool so it was a complete waste of money. Maybe clarification on your listing that this will not be suitable for a steel frame of the same size would be helpful. I would suggest that if you’re getting this for an 8ft steel frame then go for a bigger size. 10ft should do. But don’t go for the 8ft one.

A must have to stop insects and debris getting into the pools water. This one is strong and easy to put over the pool.
